“ I had understood that they would come one day to power-wash/prep and the next to paint, but they did it all in a day. (surprise!) I wasn't told that in the morning. He only indicated "We're here to power-wash your house" w/o a mention of painting that day. I thought they'd gone, but had only gone to purchase wood to replace by my garage door. I'm a little concerned about them painting so soon after the power-washing (will it have truly dried well?), so I'm glad there is a warranty. Y'all do this all the time; not me. ” That said, to me, the transformation was delightful! I went from a darker color on siding, fascia boards, w/a different color garage door--it had been replaced--and yet another color (close, but different) on the gutters, which had been installed fairly recently. Now it's got a cohesive look with those all the same, and Krista was SPOT ON with her color suggestion for me as it works so well with the mortar on my brick, and the tones in my roof! I chose a teal color that pops my front door and love it!

PERFECT!!! Within 5.5 hours, Philip Lujano and another team member professionally prepped, repaired drywall, and painted our entire 19' high ceiling plane. During their lunch break, while drywall/texture set, they purchased paint using scrapped drywall ensuring a seamless color match. We were impressed and very glad we chose CertaPro. We're now looking forward to future scheduled painting projects (kitchen cabinets!). NOTE: From three prior estimates, when we were only interested in drywall patch repair, each representative quoted requirement of scaffold (jacking up the price). CertaPro did not do that. Having such honesty, we THEN decided to add the additional service of having the entire ceiling painted. This is my first Google review EVER. Exceptional professionalism warrants a public "job well done".

I have used CertaPro Painters of McKinney and Allen on three different occasions and they have done a wonderful and professional job every time. After the hail storm, they painted the exterior of our home as well as repairing several interior leak damaged areas. I was so pleased with their work, I used them again when I was prepping for my home sale. There was lots to paint on the interior for color change and freshening but their big job was removing all of the bad texture in our three car garage, re-tape and bed, retexture, and paint. It was nicely done and we had just a few curious spots but they fixed it perfectly so we would be pleased. Lastly, they came for a small but tall painting project in my two story living room. All work was done very professionally and the same crew came in for the last two projects were very pleasant to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate on recommending CertaPro out of McKinney/Allen.

I started out by contacting a few small companies from Facebook pages. Some didn't have time to give me an estimate, some came through looked at the size of the job and simple never sent the quote at all. I was contacted by Krista H. for a quote on a Thursday, she is very professional and experienced in her craft. Gave us an awesome ALL IN price for full coverage (meaning as many coats as it will take with a minimum of 2 coats). Explained the process and to our surprise explained that they could start Monday of upcoming week. Are you kidding me, some of their competitors told me they are a month out for a QUOTE, let alone start in 3 days. Krista even advised us on some color choices and referred us to a paint specialist that was able to meet with us to review color choices. Come on, how many sales people are going to go out of their way to help out?? Monday we met with Antonio and Krista (amazing communicator/leader), went over our color choices, talked about some special needs we had (Change all the light bulbs in the house to LED) and they started. Every day Antonio called me at 9 am to let me know he was there and working and every day I would meet him at the house around 3:30 pm to get an full update. It took them 7 full days to paint a 4K+ SQF house from top to bottom, and I mean the whole thing (Bathroom cabinets, closets, base boards, crown molding, walls, ceilings, etc.........) WOW what an amazing job they did, we couldn't ask for more!!!!

Matt and his team went out of their way to make this surprise happen. The neighbors were so complimentary of the team’s work ethic, professionalism and how beautiful the results were. Paint on everything. I thought hiring Certa Pro would ensure that I would have an extremely professional experience. I had my whole house painted, wall paper removed, and extensive dry wall repair. I still have paint on my brand new carpeting in 3 out of 4 bedrooms. I cleaned paint off of my windows, counters, door knobs, toilets, fire place, and front porch. No one ever offered to rectify these problems. The first crew painted the wall color onto my crown molding and fixed it by caulking. They caulked the cut in where the wall meets the base boards, which gave a rough looking line instead of taping the line to ensure a crisp line. Every room including doors and trim were given a very thin layer of paint which made me feel like there was some funny business happening with the pain-maybe watered down. Baseboards in my closets were not painted. A second crew was sent out to fix some issues, but not all. The second crew did a much better job, but unfortunately still got paint on my windows and door knobs-which I had to re-clean. The second crew did clean the paint off of my tile flooring-which I am thankful for. I was impressed with the sales experience and Martin the new service field manager. I'm sad that I didn't get an outstanding paint job with attention to detail like I thought I would get based on other reviews. I would not recommend this company.

Although our home is only three years old, our wood garages had faded dramatically and needed to be re-stained. We had CertaPro re-stain one double and two single wood garage doors as well as some wood framing and vents on our home's exterior. Gary's team arrived on time and began powerwashing the areas. I was concerned about the color match since we were not using the original stain, so the team did a sample section and waited for it to dry before I was sure it was a good match. They completed the work in a timely and neat manner, and we are very pleased with the results.

We hired a low-cost painter to try to match existing paint on our 20 foot ceiling. NOT a good experience. So, we found CertaPro and they gave us a firm firm quote in one visit that was reasonably-priced. We hired them right away as they have great references and were very professional. That was a very good decision. They completed our job quickly and were very careful to protect our real hard wood floors, carpet and tile. They did a great job, not just painting but replacing damaged woodwork etc. We then hired them to paint the entire inside of our house, walls, trim, ceiling and kitchen cabinets.
