Cant thank Adam, Joseph, and their team enough for the stunning paintwork done to my outdoor deck. Joseph came by the house and painstakingly showed me mock-ups of my deck in several different shades. He gave great insight into the application of paint specifically and helped me pick a shade based on his experience and my preference. After a shade was picked, Adam sent his accredited painter to my house to perform the work. The painter was professionally dressed, polite, and very considerate. After the work was initially finished, Adam came by for a final inspection. Adam brought to my attention several imperfections that were common in the post paint process. Flagging those imperfections, Adam sent the painter back down the next day to attend to each flagged point Adam had found the day before. The results spoke for themselves. I pass by my patio everyday on my way to work; and just love it. Thanks for everything guys!

We paid almost 9k for our 3600 sq ft home. That is well over double close to triple the amount we were quoted by other painters. I thought we would good a really professional and amazing experience. Unfortunately that was not the case. When all was said in done we had a lack of communication between the painters and us. That was cleared up by Joseph and Adam. However when the painters left there were nails and screws on the floor (we have a baby and they knew that), paint on some of the outlets, and the lines were not straight. I asked both Joseph and Adam about cleaning up the lines and they told me that it was because the original tape and float was done poorly. I get that. Professional painters should be able to make the line look straight by painting a straight line though. The transitions in almost every room are really bad. Overall I cannot recommend CertaPro to any others because of the soaring high prices and the lack of quality.

Great company and very professional. After receiving 4 other quotes from other companies they were the lowest quote and were very close to the quote at the end of the job. I needed to get a window replaced before they could complete the job and they found a guy to come out and do the window for me at cost and handled the coordination with him. I only had to pay CertaPro. They did a great job and did it quickly. Wonderful bunch of guys. The only complaint I had was that there were a few alwn decorations they had to move out of the way to paint and they didn't move them back, but that is minor compared to the WONDERFUL job they did. I would recommended them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Adam! We met a few years ago, since we are both in the Construction Industry. I had Adam provide me with some suggestions and a quote for my personal home. He arrived "ON TIME" for the original consultation and each time his crew would need to begin work! They painted each room, added some accent walls and touched up all the warn areas! Great Company! Will be calling them again - real soon!

This guy shows up starts his pitch on what needs to get done spends 30-45 minutes talking taking pictures said he would replace the old boards at our expense that’s fair never mentioned anything about sanding or calking tells my girl I’ll get back to the office and I’ll e-mail you a quote so some time passes so I figured I’d send him a text asking if he had any idea about more or less at what it would be My text Did you ever come up with what it would cost me to get my house painted This was his response I have not. I don't know if the project would be one we would be able to take on at this time So if he was a true professional company he could have done a walk around look at the house if he’s been in the painting business for as long as he said he has been then why waist all that 30-45 minutes of talking when he could have easily said I do apologize ma’am but I not able to get the job done that tells me 1. First he was 30 minutes late no apologies 2. Wasted 45 minutes of my girls time 3. How could you trust or hire any company that says one thing and dose another he’s texting me at the moment that there’s not one company that gives quotes right away but when he came at 12 and not the 11:30 scheduled he set up offered no apology This is the text I got We never give estimates on the spot. Not sure what type of companies you're used to working with He got here at 12 I asked him in a text at 5 o’clock I would say that’s plenty of time to come up with an estimate especially if the house is only 1200 square feet and half brick they are not someone I would recommend or talk about if you’re going to want them to do you’re home I’ll pay you to go with a different company cause if he doesn’t say he can’t do it being in business for however many years you can tell if it’s something he can or can’t do right away a professional would
