Our job included external wood repair and external painting. William and his paint crew did an excellent job from start to finish on the job. He was also a great communicator and was really nice. I recently had the exterior of my house repainted by CertaPro. Jesus Arellano, our painter, was knowledgeable, meticulous, very professional and easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and left the job site clean after the work was completed. In addition to repainting all the exterior trim on our house, he also cleaned and re-stained our cedar garage doors which now look better than they did when new. I highly recommend Jesus and will ask for him again when I need additional work.

CertaPro Painters of Austin has done many jobs for me. They have painted tilt wall buildings in North and South Austin. They have painted stairwells for other buildings. Shane Devenport is a very good estimator and they have never come back to me with a change order. Their Accounting Department is really good to invoice quickly and accurately. I would recommend them for any commercial application. Keep us the good work!

CertaPro made a tight timeline and did excellent work. Andrew Milikaa was my Site supervisor and did and excellent job communicating during the job. We had one small issue and Andrew just took care of it with out a fuss. The price was super competitive and work was great. I recommend them to anyone (Like me) who was a little worried about some of the other small companies that gave me bids. After all the work, I would maybe have saved a little, but it would have been a lot more risk in my opinion.

I was interested in painting my house both inside and outside, so I contacted CertaPro Painters. They sent one of their advisors, Matt DeMattos. He evaluated the interior of the house and the exterior. First, he told me that even though it had been 11 years since we had the exterior painted that it looked good and he did not recommend repainting it just yet. He was honest on his evaluation. Then he evaluated the interior and we discussed recommendations. He also offered to send a color consultant out and CertaPro would pay for her initial services. She came out and helped me with color decisions. I was very pleased with the services I received through CertaPro up to this point. They were very honest and did not try to do more than needed to be done and they were very up front with me on the pricing based on our discussions. Unfortunately, I have the job on hold secondary to a medical issue, but will be getting back with them to complete the job.

They took down the light fixture and blinds and taped the trim boards very carefully. The paint job totally transformed how our room looks and I'm very happy having worked with CertaPro.

CertaPro came out to do some repairs and paint work on our house to get it ready to sell. They did an excellent job matching the current paint on our walls so that we didn't have to re-paint everything. The repair work on trim, baseboards, stairs, and doors was amazing! It all looked like it did before our kids and animals took a toll on our house! The estimator was professional, gave great suggestions, and was very quick to provide the numbers we were looking for. Our painting crew was very professional, and made sure to protect the house around any work that they were doing. They worked quickly and their attention to detail was perfect! We are very pleased with the work we had done by CertaPro Painters. They were very accommodating when after the first estimate we asked them to come back out for another estimate because we decided to paint more areas. We had the downstairs interior of our home repainted including the crown molding, baseboards, door frames and windowsills. We were very happy with how careful the crew was in covering and taping off all furnishings, floors and cabinets. The crew arrived at 8am and left at 5 or 6 pm each day. They were courteous and respectful of our home and they did a great job painting and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional.

Fausto and his workers did an excellent job painting the exterior of our very difficult house. At least 60 foot ladders were required and since we live on a greenbelt valley the ground is very uneven. All workers were on time each day and worked very hard. The completed paint job is beautiful. Crew was very professional and did a great job. We had a very large home and asked them to do all the ceilings, large 2 story walls, and all the baseboards/trim. A very big job with different colors and paint type sfor each section. The certa-pro price was inline with other estimates, they were able to start within a few days from the agreement of the project estimate; and were finished within a week. The crew arrived on-time each day, and finished fairly late to ensure they got it done. Overall I was very happy with my experience, and the house looks very nice.

Bid process was very professional, quick and a better price by several hundred dollars. On the day to start no one appeared and when I called they said the other crew had some problem. That was the only bobble. Ricky arrived quickly thereafter and the job was completed in less time than anticipated and very professionally. I would hire CertsPro again.

We had CertaPro come out do to some dry wall and painting repairs after we had our foundation fixed. The sales guy did a great job selling us on the job but there was no communication between the sales guy & actual painters. We had to walk them through everything again. They have had to come back twice to finish spots they missed or 1/2 did and left without finishing (redid the tape line but didn't finish dry wall or paint). Even some sections they repaired just looked bad. I would not recommend using CertaPro, it was a hassle. They need to get their internal communication together and really think about the quality of work they are doing.

We just had the entire exterior of our house, including front door, metal railings, and back patio deck, painted by Daniel's team from Certa Pro Austin and I am extremely pleased with the process and the job outcome. After I received and accepted the quote they came out in 2 days to start. Daniel walked me through every aspect of the job including replacing rotted boards and trim. He then took old paint samples so he could match the colors I requested. The team did all of the pressure wash and prep in about half a day. Daniel and his crew showed up to early two days later and did the majority of the caulking and painting. The only reason it took two days to return was because we had a cold snap in the middle of the job. They got the entire job done quickly even through another weather delay because of rain. I am also impressed by how careful and clean the crew was with the paint job. Everything turned out great with the quality and the colors so I would highly recommend this team and personally use them again. My thanks to Certa Pro Painter for the fine job. Eddie Green Leander

We moved here 11 years ago.....have had CertaPro do painting jobs for us at least every few years - at least 6 times now. Nathan Pflaum has been our contact. Highly professional, easy to do business with and very responsive. This week we had them again do another job....paint our main walls, trim, doors, mantle and bannister.....had one main painter - José and he was great....showed up on time,,,,,performed his job with great detail, cleaned up before he left, never made a mess....was focused and performed admirably. They are not the cheapest...but they are worth the value so will always continue to get our business.
