Hisway Paint Company never disappoints! The entire crew was very professional and did an outstanding job of painting our house. They are on time, every time and Clean up after each day’s work. We also had some wood rotting issues with a couple of our shutters. And they had the contacts that fixed it. And the entire job was all done within the estimated time frame. They are very organized and that made for optimum usage of time which helped their efficiency and productivity.

We had an amazing experience with Hisway Painting this month (September 2018)! They painted the entire exterior of our two-story brick home white, and it is just beautiful. The crew was there on time every morning, and in contrast to other contractors we have had at our home in the past, they cleaned everything up at the end of each working day. Our neighbors noticed this and commented on it multiple times. Bud said the painting job would take 5 days, and that is exactly what it took. The crew leader was very responsive to all my questions and took great care in touching up the spots I found on the last day on-site. The crew was also respectful and kind to our whole family. We homeschool, so my 4 kids were outdoors a great deal, doing their schoolwork while watching the crew paint; and we never had to worry about anything objectionable. We are highly satisfied with the quality of the paint and look forward to using Bud and his team for any future painting jobs in the future. We give them our highest recommendation.

I emailed Hisway Painting for an estimate to get my game room painted. My game room is a large room. I got an email from Bud Zegel who I am assuming is the owner, asking me if I could wait until they "were rained out at their other exterior jobs". I emailed him back explaining that my husband and I also work and I need to get an estimate on one of my days off and explained what I needed done. I spoke to him 2-3 times, although he never did give me a date or time for an estimate, only that he would get back to me. He called me yesterday and stated someone would come by the next morning. He called me back a few minutes later to tell me that would not happen because his employee had the day off and he would call me later or let me know when he would come by. I texted him in the afternoon to let him know I would be around and to let me know if he was coming. No reply back. Then I texted him again an hour or two later to see if he was coming. No reply back. It is wonderful problem to have to be that busy and not need any new clients. The professional thing to do is to let a customer know that you do not have time in the near future to do an estimate. I would have moved on. Instead he disregarded me (probably because I only needed a game room painted) and then ignored me. From his website "Hisway" painting is meant to be Godly. There is nothing Godly about how you treated me, instead you were utterly unprofessional. My understanding is, it is either "Your Way" or no way.
