We have hired Fresh Coat Knoxville on two separate occasions and they have done a wonderful job. Fresh coat staff removed wallpaper, repaired wall holes, and painted multiple rooms for us. Their staff was courteous, professional, and worked with our schedule. We will use them anytime we have further painting needs.

The wall prep(removal of wallpaper and skimming/sanding) and painting was poor except for the cutting in on the ceiling. If I did this myself I would have been aggravated but paying 2k for it promoted this review. I had to go through and show the professionals all the places that were bad instead of them looking themselves and fixing it ( x3 ) Yes 3 times...after that I gave up and did not ask for a return trip. Very frustrating and still looks like junk. Owner said he put the wrong guys on the job and knocked a few hundred off the total. Side note...painters were very nice, which bumped this up to 2 stars.

Wow, just wow! Where do you find painters like you have? You made my kitchen cabinets look better than new (really, they look more expensive, have a much richer finish). And—in a million years I could not have imagined it—you made the decks better than when THEY were new!!!! And even fixed all the screw ups I did trying to balance without a net a few years ago!!!! ;’) The prep work I could see was just phenom. Talk about a perfectionist! Just amazing. First of all, Chris managed to get to my house and keep our appointment when we had all that snow in January 2018. He was nice, fast and gave me a flexible quote that was much more affordable than the other estimates I had received. I booked them on a Wednesday, and Mike started our project Monday morning. Mike was always on time, did fantastic work, helped us decided on which finishes we should use for which areas, and was an overall professional and great guy to have in our home. Great company.
