Jim the are manager came by to check with the Dennis to see if all was going well. They refinished my front door a hallmark of our entrance and did a great job matching the stains, which I unfortunately did not know the bran or the color. Would recommend they for big and small jobs. Definitely customer oriented.

After a leak in the family room ceiling led to a hole in the sheetrock to expose the plumbing for repair, we called Certapro. Hosway and his crew did a very nice job and they didn’t leave a mess. We did have a mishap when they didn’t put the drain from the washing machine back into the drain pipe, but Ben and Hosway both came out and the issue was resolved. They also didn’t paint the small trim around the storm door but I can touch that up. All in all a good experience.

I have had the pleasure of working with the CertaPro professionals on two jobs at my home. The first was taking an unfinished storage room and converting it into a bedroom. The second was a deck restoration on the back of my home. CertaPro handled all of my needs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting. I was very impressed with CertaPro Painters from the get go. First Jim arrived exactly on time with a pre phone call. The painters, which were a crew of 2 were not only very professional, but very pleasant. My job insisted of: the complete new screened porch, with a 12' ceiling, the complete kitchen and kitchen trim, the ceiling in both the living and dining rooms, and 3 walls. The painters I had previously were so bad, and even missed several areas. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and I do recommend CertaPro Painters. CertaPro was not my cheapest bid by far, but I chose them based on their professionalism and their reputation. They did not let me down.
