Recently I had them come and pressure wash the vinyl sidings and clean the gutters. He must have taken about 4 hours to do it. And has done a stellar job. Will use them again.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We found their ad in The Clippers magazine. Said whole house pressure wash was $140 for a 1500 sq foot house. I told my husband to give them a call to find out the cost for ours which is 2100 sq feet. The woman on the phone told him $155 so we scheduled right then because we have been wanting to get the whole house pressure washed. The guy showed up on time (yes) but after a little over a hour, he knocked on our door and said he was done. My husband had told him that he were wanting the whole house done since we don't have much siding. He said he didn't know about doing all of that just what they tell him to do. Once he left he left trash in the street and a bleach bottle cap in the back yard. Which he have a puppy that wants to get into everything so I'm glad I found it before he did. Also left bleach in our downspout which once again I'm glad I found before our dog did. My husband called today to found out why they didn't do the whole house and the woman said it would have been $195 that most people don't get their brick washed. Thats a lie, I understand gutters and vinyl gets dirty worse but When we called we wanted the whole house not just the gutters. Now we are going to have to pay someone else or rent a pressure washer and do it ourselves. Once again we will never be using this company again and don't recommend to anyone to use them.....

Do not use this company. My husband and I moved to Nashville from Brooklyn to buy a home and start a family. After finding our dream 1960’s ranch home, we hired Uzi Shmueli and American Services to renovate it. All in all, it was a total nightmare costing us $20k and nearly $10k more to fix their mistakes. We hired them to remodel, paint, tile, etc. and they ruined everything they touched. The walls were not primed correctly, so paint throughout the house is peeling. The tile work and grout is uneven and messy. The floor moldings are uneven, broken and wrongly cut so angles and rough edges reveal the subfloor below. Our brand new cabinets and sinks put in by their team were dented, chipped and scratched. That’s brand new furniture we bought and they installed now ruined before we even moved in. All light switches and dimmers were put in upside down and it was a fight to get them corrected. Uzi explained some people like them upside down. Not a single thing was completed correctly and when we pointed out issues to be fixed, we were met with anger and excuses. This experience ruined a very special time in our lives that we will never get back. And more importantly, it ended up costing us thousands of more dollars and time. Aside from being treated rudely and completely manipulated, our house now requires more work than it before. Do not use this company. It will cause you endless pain. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Uzi is a con man that has used his American wife's money to hide behind, he will promise you everything that you want to hear just so he will get the job. Once you agree to a bid with Uzi, he will have illegal mexicans and other shady people doing the work. If it save him money (for his weed) he has his employee go round any and all codes. They change their company name over and over again, cause they have conned 70% of the housing communities in the greater nashville area and it's getting hard for them to advertise. Protect yourself and your friends and family, let them know if you let American Renovation and services are con people looking to steal your money .

They just completed the construction of a sun room and deck on our home on time and in budget. Uzi, the owner, was constantly stopping by checking on the progress of his workers and was quick to return my phone call or text.
