Brent and his crew repaired the caulking around the crown molding in our great room. They did an excellent job caulking and touching up the paint. After a week, I noticed a couple of cracks that needed to be re-caulked. I called Brent and they came out right away and took care of it. I wished every company would handle their business the way Brent does.

We finally decided to upgrade from the builder-grade paint after our 1 year warranty was up. We did a simple mix of white and grays (in different rooms) with white ceilings in half of the house (we're spacing out the whole project). Brent was great during the quote process and it was even better when we received the quote. Our expectations were of a handwritten quote on the standard invoice style sheet. But it's small details that can distinguish a business and Brent has figured that out. The quote came in email form and was several pages long. It was not only a detailed breakdown of their cost, but what they need from the homeowner as well as a brief layout of his business, a copy of his insurance, references, the types of paint they use and the offer of color consultation. I can say that you know immediately you're dealing with a professional. Once we set a date and put our deposit down he stopped by to verify paint colors and where they were going to be applied. Even then he was able to give an expert opinion on the gray we chose (tan undertones to make it look more gray!?!? Who knew?). On our start date, Brent showed up with the crew, got everyone organized and made sure we were comfortable. He didn't stay to do the painting with the crew but that was fine (he does have a business to run too). He stopped by on each of the three days it took to finish. The workmanship from his crew was outstanding and they were extremely polite and courteous. As another "it" factor, Brent did a walk through and actually saw some defects that he marked for his guys to fix. There was never a feeling of him letting anything slide just because we didn't see it. At all times we had the impression that he loves to paint and even more important he takes pride in doing a great job. From this point forward there's going to be no need for us to get multiple quotes when we finish the rest of the house or update any room. If you've made it this far into the review I can only offer this: don't bother looking anywhere else if you're looking for a great painter! If you want mediocre, by all means look elsewhere because you'll get nothing but the best from 360° Painting

We had a very large great room with high ceilings and some patch work to be done on the ceilings. This was not a DIY project. We were also doing a color change. 360 Painting gave us the best price and was able to do it on our time schedule while I was out of town...which was wonderful. I am so very happy with the job they did...I cannot believe the difference. The repair work was done meticulously and I really cannot find any mistakes. And best of all they did it in only a couple days. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

We got stood up two different times just trying to get a bid. He was supposed to come out today at 4:00 after canceling the first time. He didn’t even bother to call us to say that he couldn’t make it. When we text him to find out where he was he just said he got held up and send him the dimensions for a bid. What a loser. He wasted our time on two separate occasions.

He provided a pick and choose estimate which allowed us to stay within budget. He also explained the whole process and was available to answer any of our questions. It had a ton of wood to be replaced which they did properly. We had a multiple color scheme which they applied precisely. I asked for extra help replacing outside fans & door hardware which was done correctly. No one else out of the multiple quotes I search came close to delivering on all levels. If you need painting done, this is the only company to choose! He’s got our business from here on out!

We had a couple of painting quotes that came in cheaper than 360's quote, but not by much. I've had several bad experiences with painting previously, so I really wanted to make sure to select a quality vendor, not just the cheapest. I realized that several of the companies were coming in cheaper, but not including full service or two coats of paint. That would have been extra onsite, making them more expensive than 360. Long story short, we went with 360 and I'm so glad we did! They did a two story stairway, our master bedroom and bathroom, a half bathroom, and our upstairs hallway. They helped us move furniture, took every precaution to protect our flooring and furniture, handled taking down and putting back all light switch covers, etc. They did two beautiful coats, with accurate trim, provided all of the supplies and were in and out in a day. We were blown away by their attention to detail, the wonderful job they did and the way they put our home back together. When they left it was like they were never here...except that the walls looked amazing. So, so pleased with this company. Go with them if you're looking for quality work and a reasonable price!
