We know we are picky and your team met our standards of work in so many ways. We were beyond impressed with the work that your team did but more importantly, their attitude to serve. They respected our home as if it were theirs and always gave me a progress report of what they would do that day and what they accomplished. They took their breaks when it was convenient for the job, not just when the clock struck noon. That is something that most contractors we have had never did. There were two things that stood out the most. When they knew they messed up on the last day, they acknowledged it and took action about it. I didn't have to argue about it, worry about it, or follow up. It was just fixed. It summed up their character. This is something that set them apart from other contractors we have dealt with. We called this company to come paint three walls which were not large at all. They came and filled holes and never came back. After several phone calls (3+) and no answer or call backs it had been almost a month later. They never even came back to sand the walls. Still after several more messages and phone calls the painters finally came and painted the walls! You could tell he wasn't to happy to be there. One of the walls needed to be textured but they just painted over it. The painter said he was going to come back that night to do a second coat. But guess what... They never came back! If I would have known it was going to be this difficult to get some walls done I would have done it myself.
