Very responsive. I waited until late fall to decide to paint the house and they worked around weather conditions and even finished up on a Sunday to take advantage of the break in the wind we were experiencing. Excellent job with zero touch ups required after completion. Stayed on budget.

The crew worked hard, walked us through every step of the process, checked in to make sure we were pleased with how things were coming, kept the site neat and clean, picked up thoroughly when done and walked through the project at conclusion to make sure were happy with the final result. We got a follow-up call the next day to ensure we were still pleased. Owners Jodi and Jarrod were there with us every step of the way. And while it's always great to support local business owners, it's better still when you get a great value for an excellent job. Just when I didn't think I could love my home any more, CertaPro took a house I was thrilled with and made it spectacular. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We also had a shed that needed repaired before they could paint, and they were flexible in scheduling our job so we could get the carpentry work done first. I chose Jarrod to do our interior painting from my parents experience. They had used Jarrod for years to do both interior and exterior painting. I was very impressed with the quality of work. Their crew finished our project ahead of schedule, they kept everything clean, and the detail was excellent. We had a few cabinets and trim with cracked joints from years of expansion that they were able to repair. We are very happy with our experience and will continue to use them in the future.

Very pleased with the trim work on our house. Jodi was amazing in helping pick out an accent color. The painters were exceptionally courteous and efficient, cleaned up beautifullly. My husband and I have been do it yourself-eras most of our homeowner years. This was definitely a luxury for us, and money well spent. We were even given a refund due a certain step originally bid not being necessary. That was a welcome surprise. Highly recommend this company if you want a job well done!!!!!!

The second full exterior project included a new remodel and covered patio addition with detailed staining for a cofferred tongue & groove ceiling. Jarrod & Jodi were extremely professional for the entire process, from the color and design consultation through the finished results. The crew (Rafael especially) was amazing and talented. They took pride in their work to keep on time, areas always clean, and exceeded our expectations! We still get compliments from friends, family and neighbors. Bob and I would like to congratulate Certa Pro Painters. We chose the best painting company in Omaha. From the start to the finish we experienced knowledgeable, caring and friendly staff members that provided us with a superior product and quality workmanship. Jodi met with us and took the time to travel a few blocks in our neighborhood so I could show her the color of siding and trim that Bob and I wanted for our home. Shortly after our contract was signed we were phoned with a date and time for the painting process to start. Jarrod met with us to go over the painting process, the colors of paint to be used on the house, trim, garage, brick, hot tub enclosure and deck. Jarrod also took the time to investigate what stain should be used on the hot tub enclosure and deck to insure the colors would flow with the colors used on the house, garage and trim. I was amazed with the dedication of the painting crew. They were very professional and worked well as a team. They cleaned up after themselves each day and made the process look easy. The project was completed in a matter of days. We love the beautiful new look of our home. Thank you for your expertise in helping us achieve our dream home. I called and had a person come and take a look at what needed to be done. I had to request off from work to be home. After they came and took their estimate I then waited a few more days for the email that told me that they WOULD NOT be doing the project because $500 isn't enough money to be made. To request a day off from work I lost $120 so $500 for one project seems pretty lucrative to me! Your company should lead with a "by the way we don't value our customers that won't pay more than a $1000"; so we don't each WASTE each other's time!!!!! It's very unprofessional and I will ensure to tell all of my family and friends to never use CertaPro Painters of Omaha!!!
