If you want to judge the courtesy you will receive from the company by common courtesy received from their employees, zero stars for me. Employees should remember they represent their company at all times, even driving to the job in their company truck, and cutting off drivers on a 55 mph road - while driving with a child on the way to school, is not a way to get a good reference! Glad you didn't cause injury to me or my child!
