CertaPro 's performance and pricing was outstanding. Eric Knauss is personable, professional and thorough. The estimate was by far the most reasonable, ($18,000 and 50% less than the top bidder). He assigned a team of five to paint all the trim on our ten townhouse complex. Joesph and his team scaped, sanded and painted; they did the job right and were neat and careful with our landscaping, (the same men worked the entire job). We were not the easiest customers to please, (ten different opinions), and we changed the requirement several times. Eric and Joseph were flexible and accommodating, and adjusted to our request politely and charged only minimum increases with every additional request. When I identified minor deficiencies, they were corrected quickly and without argument. I have only one minor complaint. At the end of the days work; the team tended to leave some equipment and supplies scattered about the property. Only a minor annoyance. I highly recommend CertaPro and especially Joseph and his team, (which included his brother and his son). Excellent contractors like this are hard to find.

Initially some miscommunication regarding level of work needed to be completed. Painters on scene not informed of magnitude of sheetrock repair and painting to be done. Confusion resolved quickly and worked promised was delivered. Workers very thorough and made every effort to keep the areas neat and clean. Two day job. At the end of the second day we were very pleased with the speed, cleanliness and quality of work done. Would have no hesitation in contacting CertaPro again and requesting same team of workers. Very happy with total cost of work done.

CertaPro Painters of Gv East are worth every penny you will pay them! They are the most professional, yet personable company we have ever dealt with. Brady came out first for the estimate, taking his time, answering any of our questions. Pam was then available to help with choosing paint colors and pulling together ideas we had not yet focused. The completed look was amazing! We feel like we have a new house! Alex was our painter and what a professional he is! At the end of each day he cleaned up and was always tidy and punctual. He resolved any issues (like old wallpaper damage) quickly and without using strong chemicals. We have not found one tiny spec of out-of-place paint on floor or furnishings and the completed paint job is pristine. I will never hesitate to recommend this company and we will definitely be using them again!

They went way above and beyond my expectations. Jeremy came out very shortly after I contacted them and was very detailed with questions in order to give me an estimate, which was delivered by the next morning. Not even 2 weeks later, they started work on my cabinets. Edwin was in charge of the job and he asked me many questions to be sure they were doing everything to my satisfaction, and he kept me informed on everything to expect. They did the job right by sanding, using primer, and a top coat that feels smooth as glass. They cleaned up really well every day, and I feel like I have a brand new kitchen! So happy. I cannot say enough about the great job CertaPro did in painting my fence. First, they were very knowledgeable in recommending the proper type of oil/latex material for this particular project and we are glad we went with their recommendation. It looks beautiful on the fence. Also, this was not an ordinary fence painting job; it was an extremely difficult paint job for an 80’ length of fence that was only accessible from one side with portions as high as 12’ and included plenty of lattice. The CertaPro team developed a game plan to remove sections of the fence, paint them offsite, and then re-install the fence sections. It went off without a hitch. The project got completed quicker and better than I ever could have hoped. The fence looks fantastic! Everyone involved was very professional and communications throughout the project were very good. Finally, the bill was less than the original estimate and a very fair price in my opinion for all they had to do and the quality of the materials. Well done!

What many don’t realize about Eric, is that he is a glorified labor broker with a painting franchise. Most of all of his guys own their own businesses. You can go directly to them, or find most of their business cards at Sherwin Williams, and pay 30-75 % less to have them do the work directly. Most anybody carries their own GL policy and workman’s compensation. Eric isn’t offering anything anybody else isn’t offering in Greenville, S.C.. CertaPro charges high franchise fees for an industry such as home painting, and for this reason Eric must charge more so he can send checks to corporate. Nice guy, but much better options out there. Mostly everyone who works for him is illegal, and don’t let Eric tell you otherwise.

Juan and his crew were with us for a full week, doing a major re-paint of interior walls and all of our exterior woodwork. They were incredibly thorough and professional -- all four painters paid attention to detail "the first time around", patching and priming everything as needed before applying a high-quality paint. (One example of their high level of professionalism: part of painting the exterior included repainting 4 flat-black coach lights beside our garage doors. Juan dismounted all 4, disassembled them into their component pieces, painstakingly painted everything, and reassembled them at the end. When the lights didn't come on, he drove immediately to the hardware store and returned with a sack of new bulbs to get everything back to "good as new"!) At the end of the job, when we found a few things they had missed, they were quick to make the corrections. Overall, we were VERY happy that we chose CertaPro for this work, and I would be glad to recommend Juan and his team to anyone.

I would highly recommend using CertaPro. My wife was pregnant at the time so we needed the job done quickly. We were also on a budget so saving every dollar helped. They did a great job with fighting to save us money and to do the job quickly. I even called them after the project was over with a part that I wasn't totally happy with and they had a guy out the next day to touch the spot up. I will use them again in the future!

My name is James Owens, owner of ATD Restoration. My experience has been nothing but bad from the first day. What started off great with the sales man Brady showing up on time, clean and professional. That's where the good experience stopped. Brady informed me that he would have an estimate for me by the end of the day. Two eeeks later and 7 phone calls latter still no estimate. Not any communication from the company at all. I called the company asked to speak to Brady's boss. After not getting any answers from Brady's boss, who happens to be one of the owners of the company, Brady called me back to inform me that they wouldn't be able to do the job. When asked why, he gave me the run around and never answered the question. I would not recommend them to anyone. We have dozens of projects they could have done but now we look like incompetent people in front of our customers for putting our trust in this company. Not professional. No respect for our time and our customers, lack of communication, beats around the bush and never gives direct answers to questions. Don't use this company!!!!!!

Look no further for the best painting business around! Certa Pro made every aspect of our large painting project a great, organized experience. Pressure washing and painting 20 sets of steps and landings for our condo community was quite a big project. It required a great deal of coordination so that our residents could plan for the day their building was painted and CertaPro had a great plan to make it work! Every aspect of the project was detailed and well presented, from the quote for the job, to set up and clean up. Any issues that arose were handled quickly and efficiently by the team. We were in great hands throughout this project and will use CertaPro again!

This was a Residential Common area space Downtown Greenville and I have to say well pleased with the results. Loved Jonathan and crew that came on site. They started on a Tuesday and was cleaned up and finished by Friday. We had to get all 9 residents on board to open doors to paint their front entry and absolutely NO issues with having peoples personal homes open. This is a professional company and so appreciate their integrity! Kudos Certapro for an amazing job on an older building downtown Greenville! We would definitely use this company again.
