What is it with these service people who advertise a business but don’t follow through? Wasting my time. Time is money!

Excellent service, workmanship, price. We called José because of damage to our dining room ceiling from a burst pipe. He came on Saturday the same day we called, gave us a great price and told us he would be back first thing Monday morning. He estimated the job to take 2 days. However, within 8 hours, his team replaced the drywall, painted the entire ceiling and dining room walls, cleaned up and did an outstanding job. We are so pleased with their work, we took business cards to share and will be hiring them again real soon for upcoming projects. Thanks Jose

Mayaspainting did an outstanding job painting our living, dinning room, hallway walls and trim including sanding the defected areas where needed. The whole job was completed on time for me and my wife to enjoy the out doors and Spring weather. Th quote and price was vary fare for the amount of work they had to do. Jose and his crew were very polite and friendly. Our home was neat and clean when the job was completed. Our furniture was also put back in place by the crew just the way it was before the start of the work. My wife and I will be calling Jose back as we intend on freshening up our bedrooms with a new professional coat of paint. Thanks for all your help! John

If I could give a zero I would. I reached out to Jose (owner) for an entire house painting job, in and out on 6-26-19. I did this over a month in advance in order to make sure I could wrap up my project on time. On 7-17-19 I confirmed with him for a start date the following week. He then went dark for a week, that following week he confirmed he would start that next week Monday. No call/ No show that day. Another week later he tells me he is sorry and hung up on a job and would be there the following week. That was as of 8-1-19. 8-5-19 I reach out to him again, he tells me he will be there Thursday 8-8-19. No call/ No show that day either and now zero communication from him. So now I am left a month + behind schedule and no resolution. The only reason I held on this long was that I used him once in the past before and hoped he would honor the relationship and come through. Horrible communication and zero professionalism. Stay away.

I would give no stars. Had a appt set for an estimate, called in the morning to confirm no show no call at the designated time. I called assume they were late I WAS I was confused with some one else, I was told I would be called back. I never received a phone call. Very unprofessional.

My business partner found Mayas Painting on the internet. I called and met with the owner to give me an estimate. His price was fair so we decided to give him a shot. He showed up on time with his crew and they did a great job. My tenant was also pleased with the job they did and how clean they left his apartment once they were done. Found there company on the web site and hired this company while I was on VA. Mr. Lopez contacted me I gave him the address. He called with a fair quote and completed the job in Lansdowne PA. I received before and after pictuers. I ask him to pick a color for the house. When I arrived in town the house looked brand new. His crew did an excellent job and when I finally meet Mr. Lopez he greeted me with a smile and ask was I pleased with the job. I highly rccomed you call them as a home owner. The company cleaned up and you would never know anyone painted your home not a drop of paint. Your home will look fresh and clean. Very professional and trust worthy company. They get booked up fast. Love my paint job.

Jose was hired at the last minute to pain my daughter's room. Jose was very prompt and professional. He was able to quote us a price and provide us quality service. He was very neat and extremely precise with the patch work he did and the stripes for the accent wall. I was very impressed and my daughter loves her room. He painted the closet, ceiling, and walls (with one as an accent wall). He is very reliable and true to his word. I highly recommend his services.

I am posting my review from Yelp because people need to know who this person is in reality. I regret writing such review because my house looks beautiful on the inside BUT the work was incomplete and messy. To make matters worse, Jose was not professional. He gave us an estimate in writing with the details of the job and then continuously complained that he estimated wrong. When I asked him to change the color for upstairs to the same one as downstairs, he kept saying it would cost him more (granted I had already mentioned it wouldn't be a problem to pay extra for the paint needed which I did pay for). The job included closet in living room, linen closet and the laundry area to be painted and his crew did not paint those areas. It was stated clearly in writing. The black paint for the doors ran out and they had made up their minds not finishing three doors they only painted on the outside. I told them they had to because that was part of the agreement. They came back to finish the next day which BTW, they took that black paint I paid for but I didn't say anything. Also, the paint job on those doors was sloppy and they messed up the wall paint on the side which now looks dirty. The inside of our front door was sanded with no reason because it was not painted. The list goes on. Integrity, honestly, and communication are keys to a successful company. A beautiful outcome of the work followed by all of the above doesn't give you the right to brag about how good of a company you are. You have to give 100% in everything and go above and beyond. Update: you can take full accountability for incomplete work that you have no intentions on completing nor will I allow you to do so. The areas I mentioned above were not painted therefore, not "almost" missed. Take also responsibility for calling my husband multiple times and sending many text messages insulting and threatening him because we will not take down the original review. Take accountability for your lack of integrity, respect, and professionalism. You did not provide the best service.

I would like to thank Jose and his crew for doing an excellent job on my basement. I had a major flood in my man cave I had to cut out four feet of sheetrock from around the basement & remove the carpet. I had reached out to Jose who came out to look at the damage to the basement.
