The painting crew did an excellent job and worked efficiently. A couple of the rooms are two stories high. They were painted very carefully and left no ladder marks on the walls. I had a dinner the other day at this restaurant, and the food was amazing! I ordered the duck with a side of beansprouts. UNREAL! The service was unmatched and unsurpassable. Plus the atmosphere also is very welcoming. So I called the waitress over and asked for the manager. When the manager arrived I said I was looking into redo my kitchen and asked her, "who did the painting here in this fine establishment?" I've owned homes before but always had a partner who managed painting, so this was my first time "in charge" of the process for myself and I was a little nervous. This whole operation was classy, responsive and customer-service oriented from beginning to end -- in fact they have stayed in touch to make sure I remain satisfied. A few specific things: The one-hour free color consultation was instrumental in helping me choose colors; the painters removed their shoes before coming in the house; they were friendly, thorough and very careful with my stuff; the work was impeccable; a couple of days after they finished I saw that the previous color was bleeding through one part of one wall -- they were happy to send the crew back out to touch it up, and once here they actually decided to just add another full coat to the whole room!! Even after that they followed up to make sure everything was good and to offer to come back if it wasn't. Office staff and painters are all super friendly and all about quality work and customer satisfaction.

We had our kitchen walls and bedroom ceiling painted by CertaPro, which was a very big area, along with framework and baseboards. They came out right away when I called for an estimate and were the most reasonable of the quotes I received. Sean gave a detailed explanation of the quote and what it would cover. Paige is very pleasant and was more than willing to work with my schedule. The painters were very professional and took the time to explain anything I asked of them. They were very pleasant, courteous, and did a wonderful job. I am having them come back to do the ceilings in my kitchen and family rooms. They completely cleaned up after themselves and I didn't need to do a thing. I will not hesitate to call them again as I need more work to be done.

The worst experience we’ve ever had with a contractor. In addition to the sloppy trim and edges left throughout the house, they destroyed our hardwood floors, cabinetry, tile and bathroom fixtures by spilling paint all over our house. I am so thankful we had not yet moved into the house, or else they likely would have destroyed furniture as well. We had to ask them to come out four times, and they still did not fix everything or even do everything listed in the estimate. A perfect example of the quality of their work is what they did to our sliding closet doors - they literally did not bother to slide them (they should have taken them off to paint), so we have a giant line down the middle of one of the doors that was never painted. We are still so upset and disappointed with the work. Don’t let the low estimate price persuade you. We will end up paying more in the cost of (hopefully) cleaning/removing the paint left all over and having another painting company come in to fix their mistakes.

I called CertaPro to get an estimate to paint our living room and dining room. Sean came out to our house a few days later and took the time to explain every step of the process and thoroughly answer all of our questions. The estimate Sean gave us was far less then the other two estimates that we had received. CertaPro was also able to start working in a matter of weeks as opposed to months that the other two companies said they could start. The crew came out on time on the designated day and worked well into the evening for two straight days. We were very pleased with the work that they did. They did an incredible job of removing 20 year old wallpaper and freshening up both rooms. Overall I think they did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them to all of my friends, neighbors, and family members.
