Let me start by saying that when it comes to my house I have very high expectations and I am very anal about quality and attention to detail. The owner of Mayco and his crew did an amazing job! Not only did the paint on the house look absolutely perfect but the caulking and repairs did too. They were very respectful to my property and cleaned up after themselves. We were incredibly pleased with the work that Mayco has done! They have reasonable prices, are very professional, do quality workmanship, are timely in completing the job and are courteous. We have hired Mayco several times, beginning with our kitchen, which included painting all of the built-in cabinets, for which they helped us select a good neutral color. Mayco’s estimate was by far the most reasonable, for the same work and results, as their competitors, on this project. After doing a lot of interior painting for us, we had them paint our house. Their attention to detail on the exterior was also great, as it required a lot of prep work. We couldn't be more pleased!

Ignacio and his crew were very professional and pleasant during the five days of painting the exterior of our house. They showed up promptly every day at 7:30 am and got to work until 6:00 pm. We really appreciate their attention to details and minimum disturbance to our neighbors. We had experienced other neighbor’s painters who played loud music that you could hear down the street and didn’t seem to work together as a tight team the way Ignacio did with his crew. We were home the whole time they were working on our house, and we were impressed with how efficient and professional they were with time and the tasks at hand. Our house had a lot of cracks between siding planks that needed to be filled. Rather then just quickly patching the obvious cracks and speeding through the paint job, Ignacio wanted to get it done right rather than hurry the job up and move on. He devoted an entire extra day to repairing the cracks just so his paint job would be totally professional. His estimate was reasonable also. We had a lower bid from other painters, but they didn’t use quality paints so this might be something you want to consider when reviewing bids. Ignacio is very knowledgeable about paints, color choices, and how to make your color choices look amazing on your house. He is a true craftsman with paint. Few days after our house was painted we found a gutter nail on the side yard. We contacted Ignacio to see whether he could come by and nail it back. He did it without hesitation. On top of that, his crewmembers helped us install the door seals that we purchased ourselves, and volunteered to touch up the stain marks left by our deck contractor. In all, we are very happy with Mayco and will highly recommend them.

Mayco Painting did a fantastic job on our house. They painted the entire inside (including ceilings) and the outside. Their attention to detail was great! They worked to make sure we were happy with the final product (even repainted a ceiling when we realized we didn't like the color). They were very fast and efficient as well!
