They just finished working and Rich Townsend and his crew where great to work with. Our house was built in 1912, but they had no problem working around the issues a older house brings. We where moving and had leased house out, so it was a tight schedule and they completed it on time. They were professional, considerate of the house and keeping it clean. We where way behind on moving out, but they worked around our boxes and mess with no complaints. They check to see what time worked for us to start each morning, and cleaned up before they left at night. The good service however started from the very start with bid, and moving the actual work start date several times to help us with our schedule. Thanks everyone.

We hired Fitzpatrick to paint the exterior of our two story home. I can not even begin to explain all the problems we had. We had to deal with multiple crews and our job was stretched out over months with no communication for weeks from anyone letting us know what was going on. We received the owners phone number from a friend and after multiple conversations with him the new General manager was sent out to finish up the work and close out our account. Brady the GM was the only good thing about this company. I warn anyone who has a job to ask around dont just read their reviews. I only gave them a star because they make you to post it.

They came to work on a property I own, worst company ever very rude people multiple cars came to my house a van and workers come in their own vehicles blocked drive way and took over a week to get a simple interior job done will not recommend changed there price too expensive they use very cheap paint and they only show you a bucket of expensive paint but there is really cheap paint inside of them I saw them. Pouring cheap paint in two 5 gallon buckets when I asked to leave me a little bit of the paint that was left over so I can take to store to compare and they said they could not leave it really? and after that said that they could give me a $400 discount from the owner tim yeah that's because they use cheap paint I can tell most of these reviews are probably from the company themselves

Forest the lead came a few days in advance to check out the home and the requirements of the job. The arrived on schedule and ready to work every day. The crew Forest, Seth and Luis were professionals there was no bad language, and they were kind and courteous. They did an excellent job on my place which included the ceilings, cabinets, doors and trim. I also had a window sill replace and glue removed from a wall in the kitchen. The two crew who worked on those item did an excellent job. The supervisor came to check the work twice which is great customer service. The house look great and I am glad I chose Fitzpatrick.

We had a terrific experience with Fitzpatrick Painting. The entire team was professional, respectful of the property and diligent in getting the job completed on time. The team leader, Rich, was knowledgeable and provided solutions to bat issues that we were having in the upper eaves of the house. Our house is not easy to paint. It required a 44 foot ladder plus paint roller extension to be able to reach the highest points. The finished product looks great. This is our 2nd time using Fitzpatrick and it won't be the last time. From the estimate by John Eddelman to the finished product by Rich, Danny and Jeremy we received customer service worthy of taking the time to remark about it. Fitzpatrick has done carpentry work for us on three different occasions: shoring up crawl space support posts, roof over patio doors, and attic storage. Casey, the project estimator, has always been quick to respond to our questions. Alphie was the lead carpenter on all our projects. Jason worked with him on the most recent attic project. Alphie and Jason were prompt, professional and polite. They were very willing to answer our questions and help us brainstorm solutions to fit our needs. We have used Fitzpatrick Painting for several large jobs in the past, including the repainting of our kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, built-in bookcases, family room bar and the exterior of our house and outbuildings. We have always been impressed by this company’s professionalism and the quality of their work. This year, we gave them even more of a challenge with a complicated job involving a three-level stairway with a badly sun-faded orange cherrywood finish, as well as a built-in entertainment cabinet. For the stairway, we wanted the starting steps, newels, railing and exposed portions of the treads to be black, with the balusters, risers and skirt boards white. After a few consultations regarding the method and type of paint that would work best for the effect we wanted to showcase features such as the curved volutes, we gleaned that this two-toned project was going to be a daunting task for any painter. Lead Painter Lee Peterson was therefore assigned to oversee the job as he was deemed one of the best men to handle the level of prep and care it required. We are so pleased to say that Mr. Peterson and his crew exceeded our expectations. The classy, elegant stairs are now a striking focal point in our home that really showcases the level of Fitzpatrick’s high standards and attention to detail. At this point, I don’t think we would ever consider using another paint company. Fitzpatrick is simply the best in the local business.

This project entailed painting/re-staining the outside of multiple buildings, including a house with a lot of windows, angles, nooks, and high gables, all on a neglected private farm, so there was a lot of time spent just masking, let alone pressure washing and painting/staining. The crew and crew leader were all polite, helpful and professional; they did not take umbrage when I questioned some of their methods (my ignorance) and gave their opinion directly when asked. They cleaned up their work site each day and had a central work space set up outside to keep all their tools in one place. Yes, I recommend Fitzpatrick Painting for your domestic painting jobs. We recently purchased a new home and the previous owners had painted several rooms in tones that didn’t quite work for us. We decided that with our busy schedules and a new home to unpack, it made sense to look for professional help. We contacted Fitzpatrick Painting and they came out to review the requested job and provide an estimate. Their estimate guy, Lee, was friendly and helpful. After receiving the estimate, we did make a few comparison calls but didn’t receive any responses back from other companies so we moved forward with their services. Lee returned to pick up our paint samples, confirm what we wanted done and verify that we were on the “rainy day” schedule since it was interior work. My one (very small) complaint was that we thought we’d receive a call 24hours in advance but he contacted us early in the morning of the day he was hoping to come do the job. Due to it being so close to us needing to leave for work, we didn’t have quite enough time to prepare so we had to ask him to come back another day. He was understanding, helpful and we were able to tentatively schedule for later in the week and then confirm the evening before. We were unavailable to be home while the work was being done but my interactions with Lee helped me feel comfortable in leaving him and his assistant to do the job. When they were finished, Lee contacted me and as I was stuck under a deadline, agreed to come back the following morning to review the work and collect the final payment. Believe me, it was hard not to rush through my workday to see how they’d done! Arriving home and inspecting the work it all looked great. The colors had crisp lines and nail holes were patched. We didn’t find anything that we could complain about and I’m positive that we wouldn’t have been able to do as great of a job on our own. We will consider them for future projects.

After getting multiple bids to have our home painted we decided to contract with Fitzpatrick painting. Even though their estimate was the highest out of all the bids we received, you really get what you pay for with them. The amount of work that they provide in the contract was Far Beyond anybody else's process not to mention they offer you a 12-year warranty and do a annual inspection of your home to ensure that the quality is still up to par. We worked with two gentlemen both by the name of Lee that went over and Beyond to make sure we were extremely satisfied and happy with our project. The job turned out to be 10 times better than what I expected. I would also recommend making an appointment with their color consultant to ensure that you get the exact match to what your vision is

Ryan and his crew, Robert and Ralph, were extremely courteous and friendly, but more importantly, they did expert work painting our kitchen and family room. I think they spend more than 50% of their time taping and spreading drop cloths, but that effort in protecting the furniture and floors is much appreciated. Always great communication between the office and the crew and the customer. Bottom line - they do great work!

I was informed of what to expect at every stage from the power washing, preparing the house for the paint, painting the house and trim and the clean up. WOW!!! Excellent Job!! Pleasant Experience! Great results! From the Office Staff, to the Construction and Painting Workers, all were courteous, helpful, respectful, professional and worked with skill and integrity! We had two half-walls removed, ten doors replaced (including a pair of French doors,) all floor trim custom built and installed (by Fitzpatrick,) and the entire interior of our 1,680sq.ft home re-painted. Forrest, the Painting Foreman & Ken, the Construction Foreman, both did an EXCELLENT job, and were very accommodating of scheduling despite a small delay on a door delivery from the manufacturers (not Fitzpatrick's fault.) They even worked on a Saturday, to finish their respective Jobs. I was a professional painter and in the construction field for nearly 25 years including owning my own painting business for nearly a decade, until a debilitating accident last year. Being somewhat of a perfectionist myself and having been in the painting business for decades, I was a bit leery to hire someone else, until I saw the results! Thank You SO MUCH to Tim Fitzpatrick for running a business with such honesty and integrity and to all the Staff and workers alike. Good job to all! I have nothing but great things to say about Fitzpatrick Painting! My wife and I bought a lovely brand new home in North Albany in February. My wife and I disliked the interior color, the cabinet paint and wanted some carpentry work done over the fireplace. I contacted Fitzpatrick painting and ask for someone to come out to give me a quote. Jesse Howell, who came out to give us an estimate was very professional and together we went over what we wanted done to out brand new house. Jesse within an hour had a bid for the job! The price for our big project was a little more than most bids we received but my wife and I are firm believers of " You get what you pay for". Within a few short days, I had the main project manager/ Master Painter contact me, which was Eddie. Eddie came over to the house (as it was still in the process of closing escrow), and went over what he was going to do and the process it involved for such a big job. He had many great suggestions and ideas of what will look good. He went through each room and made sure we were all on the same page with the project. He gave us a timeframe it would take to do the job. He told us about 7 days. After the house closed Escrow, within a day of closing, Eddie's crew was out here bright and early. They were all extremely professional. Each and everyone of the guys that worked on our home, put so much time and effort into making sure things were PERFECT, my wife and I were EXTREMELY pleased. They acted like this was their own home. Eddie was absolutely fantastic in communicating daily with progress of the project. He took me inside daily and showed me progress and made sure everything was to my liking! He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were pleased. The carpentry crew that came out to do some work over our fireplace was extremely awesome! The main person in charge of the work (sorry I forgot his name) asked exactly what our vision was over the fireplace and he delivered! IT LOOKS FANTASTIC!!!! Upon completion of the entire project, which took only 4.5 days, way ahead of schedule, we did out walk through and my wife and I were completely blown away. Each and every part of the house looked amazing. They cleaned the house and made sure it was perfect before we moved in. The cabinets, and the whole house color change made the house look 100 times better and I truly believe that if it was anyone other than Fitzpatrick doing the work, it would have not turned out like the way it did. Another thing I was extremely happy about was how the Owner of Fitzpatrick Painting called me to thank me for my business. You don't see that everyday. He was super nice to chat with and you can tell he truly takes pride in his team. Sorry for such a long review but people that know me knows that I'm extremely ODC and very hard to please, and for me to say I love the way things turned out, is extremely rare. I recommend Fitzpatrick Painting should be the only way to go if you are thinking about getting work done to your house. From painting, to carpentry work, I will never go anywhere else. I was told that he needed to get some screws to hang them and that he had other jobs he was painting right now. *** Edit: I was contacted by the owner. He made no excuses but did apologize for the estimater. The estimater is newer and still learning. After the amazing experience with the painter and the exceedingly professional and caring call from the owner I would recommend this company.*** We had a mixed experience with Fitzpatrick painting. The gal in the office is great, very professional and made timing work in my schedule. She was also great when I had to move my first appointment. The estimater was 40 minutes late. I called the office (as I didn't have his number) after he was 15 minutes late. They called him. At the 30 minute late mark he called me to say he was 5 minutes out. Finally showing 10 minutes after that. It was unprofessional. When he gave me my estimate it was vague and had no time estimate on it, just an hourly price then stated "plus cost of materials". Leaving me no idea of actual price. At this point if I wasn't required to use them by the owner of the building I would have bailed. The best part of the entire experience was the painter, Timmy. He was a dream to work with! He gave me an actual time estimate and booked the work for the following morning. I like to show up 10 minutes early to appointments, Timmy beat me there! He was smiling and professional. He got in and got straight to work. He was able to get the work done under the estimate. The room looks amazing! While I had started the morning not wanting to use this company Timmy turned that around for me. I will definitely book him again for work. Next time I call I will request him by name! Cons: their caulking job wasn't very good, touch up wasn't great, they missed some areas and you can see where it was touched up on the doors, my Windows were left a mess, they left paint on the outer rims of windows, should have been scraped off, supposedly they were suppose to wash the window with Windex but they look worse now than before. Pros: the employees were very friendly, paint was put on evenly, no runs, reasonbly priced. I'm just glad my house is painted.

We have used Fitzpatrick a couple of times now, first for interior painting, and most recently for painting our kitchen cabinets. Their interior work was good, but I was apprehensive about simply painting cabinets and having them turn out well and be durable. Well I could not be more satisfied! Timmy Chung and his crew did a fantastic job. It took a little longer than expected, but absolutely worth it. They were extremely professional, courteous and made a great effort to inform us of their progress as well as involve us in any decisions that came up during the job. Their work was also excellent. They went to great lengths to thuroughly shield their work areas, and they spent great effort prepping all the work surfaces, priming, and painting. The final product looks like factory cabinets. We are very pleased, and though the job was recent, I am confident in the durability of the product now that I've seen how much work went into applying it. We will be using Fitzpatrick, and Tim, again for future projects.

Inexperienced and I don’t know how they are running business on top of that the HR person calls me wants a reason why I posted a 1 star review. Like I explained to this person just unprofessional and if you’re a contractor or builder be aware of this. In All the years of contracting by far this is a horrible way to conduct business it’s a shame because you shouldn’t have to feel threatened about posting a review but that’s why we have our rights as Americans.

I had Fitzpatrick Painting come in and paint my downstairs walls. We have an office, living room, hallways, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Everything has base molding and we have crown molding in the LR and office. We have 10 windows and three doors to the outside. This is just to give the scale of work. Aaron and his team came in taped off all the molding on day one and finished on day two. They sprayed all the molding. Then they took that down and painted all the walls. Everyone on the team was great. They were very respectful. They corrected some problems that were discovered during the painting. When all was complete, Aaron and I did a walk-thru. There were a few gotchas, but he and his team corrected them immediately. Everything looks GREAT!!!!! Aaron and his team did a wonderful job. Spraying the molding (crown, base, window and door) made the molding really look good. better than it did when we moved in. They also fixed all our "straight lines" on the textured bull nose corners as we transitioned from the color in the LR to the color in the kitchen and hall. (We really did poorly on that about 8 years ago and they even showed me how they do it.) Thanks Aaron and team and Thanks Fitzpatrick!!

Knowing we might pay more, we chose Fitzpatrick Painting because they seemed to be the most reputable company and because of the guarantee. We've had poor results from College Works and College Pro. Overall they seemed to do a pretty good job. They missed a couple spots, the cleanup wasn't what we expected, and they seemed hurried. We asked that the job be finished in time for our block party and they said they'd probably get everything done in about three days. Instead it only took a day and a half.

I showed up for work on time every day and worked hard, didnt complain and my supervisor was thrilled to have me as a worker. My car ran out of gas 3 days before my first paycheck. I called Tim the owner, Joe his assistant and Mike the HR guy asking if they can work with me for those 3 days as i live in a town about 30minutes from their office. This company flat out canned me on the spot, didnt tell my Supervisor and even with him coming up to bat for me, I was still fired. Great experience with Danny & his crew this past week. The day before we were to start a pretty large indoor painting project, we had a water leak in our home. I called Danny and he said they would be there as scheduled and make it work around while ServePro was in their space for most of the project period. They did an excellent job on the work and accommodated us being a work from home family. Our 6 yr old was fascinated by the work and the guys were so fun with him when he got home from school every day. Some minor outdoor painting being done this coming week & we're looking forward to all our painting projects being done and the house looking great.

I believe Fitzpatrick Pal nting provides a good paint job overall, just like other competitors. My only concern is this is a felony friendly company. I know of a couple customers who have had their home violated by theft. Now, not all those people steal, but who knows until something takes place. Each person has their own comfort zone, Only you can decide that. I can only provide the truth, and you can take it from there. .

Danny and his team were professional, courteous and got the job done within the estimated time. The attention to detail during the masking and painting part of the project was exceptional. We have a lot of exposed wood in our home and the clean crisp lines between the wood and the painted surfaces were excellent. I was very worried about this when hiring a company to do the painting I would normally do in my home. We were very pleased about the finished result. My review would have been five stars if the after painting clean up would have included a more thorough attention to detail like the rest of the project. Removal of the masking left debris on the carpets requiring detail vacuuming and there was a fine dry paint dust on many surfaces. Paint dropped in our driveway gravel sticks to the bottom of your shoes and is tracked around. Completion of this final part of the process would have left us with a perfect project.
