Ben and his business are a diamond in the rough when it comes to the hot mess that is the MO that most painters/general contractors seem to fall into. Definitely comes highly recommended! We bought a 1930's house that was in serious need of exterior Paint. We chose Dark Gray with black accents and White trim. The quality of products Box Painting used were awesome. Ben and his crew were great to work with. Ben was a great at keeping me updated regarding schedules due to weather. Overall great company to work with. I would definitely call again and recommend highly.

I would recommend Box Painting to anyone in need of interior or exterior painting. Ben and his team did an incredible job on our old kitchen cabinets and brought them back to life! Ben was easy to reach whenever my husband and I had questions; he made sure to follow up after every little job to ensure that our needs had been met. Box Painting also sprayed our old, dated brick surrounding our fireplace and we are thrilled with how it turned out. We will definitely be using Box Painting for future painting needs!

Let me start by saying Box Painting is HORRIBLE. If I could leave zero stars I would. We hired this company to paint several interior rooms, ceilings, replace and paint trim and more. What was supposed to be a two week job ended up lasting almost four weeks before we had to fire them for their poor level of work. They wanted 93% of the original bid and only completed 50% of the work, if that. Rather than replace our trim, they opted to sand it down and paint it, which is not what we asked for. The incompetence of this company and their workers is astounding. We’re having to repaint entire rooms, replace most of the trim, replace some brand new flooring they scratched with their razor blades and a lot more. They swept their garbage in our ducts and got paint all over our brand new counters and flooring, just to mention a few issues. This company is costing us way more money now because of the problems they’ve caused.

We couldn’t be happier with the job Box Painting did on the exterior of our house. After a frustrating experience with a previous painter, Ben was a breath of fresh air. He jumped right in and fit our house into his schedule as fall and rainy weather were fast approaching. Ben was super communicative and always kept us up-to-date on our house’s progress. You could tell the entire Box Painting crew cared about our house and were invested in making it look great. We still get compliments on the finished product. We had some weather proofing done on the weather side of the house. Fixed dry rot around windows and then painted the exterior of our house. We were very happy with the work that was done! Ben was very responsive and kept us appraised of all scheduled work. Our house looks amazing! I would definitely hire them again

This review refers work done just prior to Thanksgiving 2017. This is a top-notch company. I would highly recommend them to anyone in my family or circle of friends. The bid was very reasonable and done professionally. Even the start date that was estimated was just a week off, primarily because it rained the week they were going to start. Even then, they had come to do some prep work. They are fairly new, but the quality of work I received on my exterior house paint on combed shakes was very good. They cleaned up after themselves, worked a full day, and on one day, they worked longer than normal day to get caught up! Owner Ben came back to visit me personally to do a walk-around to make sure things were as I expected. While doing the inspection he actually found a couple things I didn't notice. He was back the next to correct them to my satisfaction. He even repaired a dry rot spot I was concerned about during that inspection at no extra charge. Very personable and professional. One area Ben is very excellent is his customer communication. You send him an email and he is replying within the day. Awesome skill to have as a service business! I'm a fairly picky 'ol coot so I can tell you with certainty this company is lagit! I'm sure we'll have them back to help us in other projects.

Box painting accomplished 2 items for us. 1 was a residing of our chimney and 2 the repainting of our home and outdoor shed. Both were done on time, within the estimate, and with professionalism. Ben kept us up to date by sending us pictures of the work as it progressed. After all was completed we did a walk through and even tho we had a couple things we thought they could touch up - Ben actually found a couple more and fixed them as well. Overall a great experience.

I Had a good experience. The team that did the work, did a great good job! It’s hard for me to give credit to “Box Painting” because all of the work is subcontracted. Box doesn’t do any of there own work. Box Painting has a good crews that make there name for them. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the company that put in all the time and sweat. However my hats off to the individuals that did. The crews were great people.They had great work ethics and made it clear that they cared about the job!! House looks fantastic!!!

We had a big project- painting all walls, ceilings, trim, cabinets (inside and out), some minor construction, and replacing doors and baseboards. Always a few blips in any project like this, but overall we are very happy with the outcome. Ben, Pablo and crew were easy to work with and we felt the pricing was fair. We'd hire them again!

I had an extremely urgent situation in dealing with the sale of my mother's house which required a large shop to be painted in a very short period of time. Also, this was in early December in the rainy mid-Willamette Valley. Ben and his team were extremely responsive and worked as quickly as possible, even working into the night to make sure that the job got done without compromising any quality. The weather was terrible but Ben made sure to keep in close contact with me to make sure that I knew what the forecast was and when he thought someone would be able to come out. I am extremely thankful for their quick and quality work and could not have closed on the sale of the house on time without them!

It was a great experience. We had the entire inside of our 3500 sqft home repainted. They removed tons of wall paper, retextured walls, installed custom wainscoting, and painted all the trim before color went on the walls. Ben was great to work with and his crew was very professional. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely use them for all our future painting needs.
