Utterly incompetent.

This guy is a rip rip off! After he charge 450$ to fix a simple leak by a dormer it continued to leak and after I called him, he was very damn rude and has never called back nor tried to fix it. This job didn't take but several hours and now he won't answer my calls. Don't trust him.
