Dan totally redid our shed, including building new doors, retrimming, painting and building a nice sturdy ramp. He also did some outside woodwork repairs on our house and painted our front door. Despite the shed doors being out of square and not level Dan was able to come up with solutions and consulted us along the way. Dan is very conscientious of his work and it shows. Dan verbally agreed to a contracted that included hanging drywall in my basement, two bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room. He provided exact measurements, and he even cam over to measure and look at the job before providing a quote. My father in law (a senior citizen) was going to help me with the other things but we really needed help with drywall because of the heavy lifting and all the bending over that was required. Dan quoted us a price to which we agreed on. He completed a portion of the work and then completely no showed when he was supposed to come back and finish the job- in fact, instead of calling to discuss that he would not return he sent my husband an email saying that he underbid the price and therefor needed to back out. Granted he did not charge us for the work he performed but this left me, and my in laws to finish his job. Furthermore, the work that he did do was sloppy- there were drywall screws that were not secure, and some that had such a large gap between the existing drywall that the tape would not even fit over it. He is a friendly guy, but his work ethic and his communication left something to be desired. I would not recommend him based on my experience.

Dan built a ramp for my shed and did a great job. He made sure it was strong and durable for my riding mower that weighs over 500 lbs. Its was not an easy job since he had to build it on a slope. I would highly recommend Dan to others.
