Our neighbor hired them for their storm damage and highly recommended them. I called them in the morning and was given an estimate the same day. They were able to get the cost of a new roof covered by our insurance. We only had to pay the deductible. The old roof was torn off and replaced with a new one in ONE day. They were efficient and it looks great. Since we have young children and dogs, we asked if they could go over the yard twice (for our piece of mind) with their magnetic roller to get any remaining nails, which they did with no complaints! Overall, I'm very happy with the service provided and would recommend them.

Terrible customer service. Took 7 months after putting a deposit down 10/18/2018 for the company to even contract me to install roof when was given a November 2018 date for installation. Roof was installed 7/12/2019. Outside roof looks good. Inside in the attic is broken boards, shreds of wood pieces all over storage totes. Holes from broken boards on roof where you can see tar paper. They put a lien on my house because I won’t pay balance which is a thousand more than the signed contract price and not until they repair the boards and fill in holes will they even get more money. I have had to hire an attorney. Don’t walk, run from this company.

After my negative review and sending pictures of my attic/roof to Denise Doyle at StormAid she was willing to work with me. They sent guys out to look at my roof/attic and the holes seen in attic were covered with plywood, felt and shingles on the outside, so they said the roof is not in jeopardy of leaking or having structural damage from weather. The balance owed was worked out and paid. The lien is being lifted from my home. I have a 5 year warranty if any problems arise, I can now say positive things about the company and their willingness to work with me and ensure the roof is stable and structurally sound.

Contacted StormAid to take a look at my roof and gutters and although I had no present storm damage they provided me with a retail quote for all new gutters. Replacing my gutters has been on my to-do list for quite some time, and I received several quotes from other companies, but I ended up going with StormAid right on the spot because they saved me thousands over their competitors!!! Not only that, their sales representative, Jeremiah Abney, was very personable & made us feel so comfortable with our decision. Desiree was fantastic. When my insurance company didn’t want to cover my storm damaged roof she cited Ohio codes that forced them to cover it. The roof was complete in a day. Desiree awnsered all my questions was very friendly and is highly recommended. She gave a level of customer service that no longer exists in today’s world

At first it all sounded like it was going to go very well. We were rescheduled 3 times, without notice 2 times, so we were expecting them original date, no show, rescheduled date, no show. We had to call to get our dates that they rescheduled without communicating with us. Overall the work is okay, they left so many nails, and a mess behind. I have 3 small children, and they guaranteed clean up would be up to par. It was not. I’ve also had to go back and forth numerous times between Stormaid and insurance, which is just a pain. Overall I would never suggest them to anyone. Maybe we got a bad crew but I’m very taken aback at the fact I am the only semi-negative review. Glad others had better experiences, so just a bit bitter over here.

We had a rough experience always having to deal with different employees. Due to this we had to constantly re-explain what we were told about our roof job when it was there company doing the job. We also at one point after giving our intial deductible and first half of our insurance money had to call once a week to find out when they were going to start our job. They came took our money and seemingly disappeared. Come to find out the foreman on our job quit and no one was aware that nobody else from the company hadn't picked up our job to continue with the project. Employees were nice but it was a hassle not to deal with one person from start to finish. The quality of the job was good but such a hassle to get to the finished product!
