Short Answer: Great work and really good value. Long Answer: First, I tried to fix the leak. Turns out I was addressing the wrong spot. Next our trusted handyman addressed it and after two failed attempts (again addressing the wrong spots) I turned to Storm Guard for an estimate. They addressed the problem, improved on the work I and our handyman had done and addressed and addressed a third spot that was at risk of having a similar problem. I was very impressed with Gavin as my point person and the work of his team.

Storm Guard did a good job working with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. The insurance company only approved minor repair but Storm Guard continued to work with them to get me a complete roof system. They completed my roof in timely manner and cleaned up very well.

We have an old (1918) house in the Five Oaks neighborhood of Dayton. The roof had a mysterious leak. We called Storm Guard, they examined the roof, and found several problems. We called the insurance company, who did their own inspection, with a Storm Guard representative at hand to assist. Storm Guard drafted a three page detailed proposal to remove the old shake shingle and apply modern dimensional shingles. The insurance company approved their cost proposal as written. Weeks later we have a brand new roof that looks terrific! The team worked fast (2 days) and did an amazing clean-up. We recommend this company. You'll like Steven and Gavin!

Highly recommend Storm Guard. The entire process, while completely new to us, was surprisingly easy. We had wind damage on an already old roof. Gavin, from Storm Guard, helped us through the entire process from walking us through the insurance claim, meeting with the claim adjuster to review what he saw as well, and making sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Our main concern going in was thinking there were going to be a lot of unexpected costs. This was not an issue. Storm Guard used the estimate from the insurance as their estimate. The only additional cost beyond our deductible was our upgrades and two pieces of decking, which we were aware of before hand. We are happy with our new roof and peace of mind before another Ohio winter.
