It was a joy to meet all of them. More importantly, the job they did was transformative. I meant to post this months ago, but we are so very happy with the results of our painted cabinets. We had the ugly builders grade oak cabinets painted white and they look beautiful. It looks like a whole new kitchen and was way more affordable than replacing all of the cabinets. We would definitely use them again for future projects. They did great work.

We hired Neubert painting to paint 3 bedrooms in our home using the painter-for-a-day option. John the painter arrived on time, with all the tools necessary. He finished two rooms in 1 day, and completed the third in about 4 hours the next day. The painter-for-a-day option and price is what we paid and for excellent service, cleanup was thorough, and his work was excellent, and in our budget (others were quoting >$695 for only 2 rooms). We would not hesitate to hire them again.

We’ve had Neubert paint our Lakewood Century Home twice. Most recently, they did a wonderful job of bringing our house back from a lot of drying and flaking paint, a common occurrence in Lakewood homes due to our proximity to the lake. They did a thorough job, and showed great respect for our property in the process. They quoted a fair price for the work they did, and managed to complete the job on time in spite of repeated rain outs. The crew leader, CJ, was very professional and courteous, and did a great job of managing the project. I would recommend Neubert Painting without reservation. We will be calling them again in the future.

At first, I was pleased. After six months, the bathtub starting peeling sheets. So much that the pieces were clogging my drain. I called in January and informed them of the issue. I was informed that they do not paint bath tubs and a manager would call me back. I received no return call. Unfortunately, two water pipes froze which consumed the next five months. Now that it has been repaired, I called Neubert Painting about the tub. They informed me I could pay to have it fixed despite that on their website, they boast a four year warranty period. I told them I was not paying to have them fix my tub and I will work something else out. They came highly recommended and I am bummed that I did not have the same experience.

The estimator came at the scheduled timet; theperson who preformed the work was conscientious, professional and efficient. We were very pleased with the work that was done for us by Neubert Painting. They did a fantastic job prepping the areas to be painted. We had them prime and paint a bedroom, ceiling, wall and closet. They also primed and painted the walls in 2 built in china cabinets and our medicine cabinet. Finally, the painted 6 radiator covers. Everything looks very nice and fresh. They also did a great job cleaning up. We wouldn’t hesitate to call them again

Since painters' salaries are tied to the quality of the work (per customer survey and manager inspection), the crew leaders are serious about customer satisfaction. If a painter is not performing well, they are not kept by the company. And if you are not satisfied, the company seriously honors their call-backs - they stress that customer satisfaction is the highest priority.

The job went very well from start to finish. All steps in the process were completed as scheduled with good communication along the way. Their price was equal to or lower than other recommended contractors (after coupon and sign discounts). All of the workers were very professional. The estimator was professional. The duo that power-washed the house prior to painting was professional. The painting duo was professional. The painting-team leader was very willing to answer questions and discuss any concerns. They were very respectful of my neighbors. They were very concerned with doing a quality job. They were very diligent. They carefully taped off all areas. They were refinishing a house sided with aluminum siding. The siding had been very badly faded. The power-washing removed the chalk buildup. They spray-painted the siding and the results look very nice. They prevented any "over-spray" problems. They cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommended this painting company. Worst place ever. Sent out some 18 year old kid who didn't know what he was doing to estimate. Gave me a $8,000 quote. Cost me little over $9,000 to side the house. And he said we have a 5 year warranty. Lol. Must of had enough work for the summer I guess.

As a homeowner of a little over 3 years, my husband and I have never done a renovation before. We had 4 painting companies come out to give us a quote on refinishing/repainting cabinets. The first meeting I had was with John Neubert and after that, no one else compared! He provided enough information to make me feel extremely comfortable with what needed to be done without going overloading me. We found his pricing extremely fair, not the cheapest but not the highest, and we had a great experience with the painter who came out.
