Colin Nellis's company was painting two doors from me, the owner was well satisfied and the paint job looked great. The crew worked neatly and quickly. I had an awning hood problem needing attention by someone with a ladder. Since his crew was so close I asked Colin to look at my problem. He reviewed it quickly and said he'd put up a ladder that day and fix it for me. This was complimentary and will probably influence my choice of a painter when I need my home painted next. Nice work and nice friendly attitude about helping and promoting his company image.

Daniel performed efficient pre-date measuring and photos, then excellent scheduling and coordination with painters, paint delivery and setup on the day. Shirley and Joe did a good clean paint job on two upper rooms, walls and ceiling with many angles (dormers) and numerous cracks to fill. I could not be more impressed with the people and the work of Five Star. They were on time, careful of furnishings- draping everything, efficient, helpful and mopped the floor before they left. They started and finished exactly when they said they would. The paint job is beautifully done, with nail holes, cracks and nicks repaired. They were conscientious about making sure I was happy with every aspect of their work- which I am. Wish I had more painting to do because I would absolutely use them for future painting projects. My wife and I are very happy with the great job that Five Star Painting did on the interior of our house. Colin came out and did a great job listening to our needs and explaining his quote. The paint staff led by Mike was very good at communicating when they would be there and how long it would take them. We had a lot of other workers in the house working on other things and Mike was super at working and scheduling around them. When the job was done, Colin came back out for a walk through to look for any spots that needed a touch up. I thought this was a great added touch that we haven't experienced before when having painting done. They made sure everything was perfect and we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend them for any painting needs!

5 Star Painting recently completed painting the exterior of our house in Oakley. The paint on the front of our house had been chipping, peeling, and fading over the past few years and was in dire need of a touch up. Rob, Dan, Luis and the rest of their team fro. 5 Star Painting was extremy easy to communicate with from start to finish and they explained what was happening throughout the entire process. By the time the job was finished, our house looks brand new just like it did when it was built in 1939. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a paint job and would happily use them again in the future!

One guy came back the next day for some finishing touches. Everyone was nice and detail oriented. They completed the punch list perfectly before they considered the job done! Great company to work with... We were in a serious time crunch to get some painting done before a new sign was hung in our office. I called on Thursday and they rearranged things, met me in our office on a Saturday and got the painting done. They were very easy to work with, very responsive and did a great job. We received an estimate for exterior painting in late Summer/early Fall of 2018. At that time, Patrick told us that they were too busy to fit us in before winter, which we completely understood, but we would be first on his list in the Spring. We promptly called him in the Spring. After multiple attempts, we finally reached him. He stated he and Colin would be out to update the estimate. Again, after multiple attempts to reach Patrick, we finally received the updated estimate. We then reached out to him and asked when we could be scheduled. At this point, three weeks later, we still have not heard back from him, even after texting him, emailing him, calling him and calling the main office. We were looking forward to working with Patrick and Five Star Painting but are very disappointed in the lack of follow through and unprofessionalism.

While this company was a little pricier than a previous company we have used, the service and end product was Superior and worth the investment.

We hired Five Star Painting to paint our master bedroom and bathroom ceilings, walls, closets and trim. Our ceiling seams had to be repaired before painting could begin. Dan D. The project manager sent three painters out for five days. He stayed in touch with me numerous times via text and by phone to keep me updated on the status each day. He also stopped by our home if not once but twice daily to keep a check on the painters and their progress. The painters were hard workers too, they showed up each day by 7:30 a.m. And didn’t leave until 6:30 p.m. During the day we both were at work but lived out of our back bedrooms and followed the progress. If I had any issues I would text Dan D. And he would get back to me quickly. During the initial consultation they come over sit with you and discuss what you would like done, they even video problem areas. At the end of the job Dan D. Walked me through the two rooms and showed me everything they had done. I highly recommended this company!!
