Poor customer service and very arrogant. My wife set appointments with them and they cancelled multiple times. The owner called to apologize and somehow price was discussed and he said if you are looking for a low price don’t work with us. I called to set up another appointment because price isn’t our number 1 priority I want to feel like the business cares. They clearly don’t care after talking with them.

I would make sure that you pick your colors correctly. I had some dark colors that I was going to overcoat with light colors and then I was told by the sales person that it might take a third coat. I would ask how much it would cost for a third coat? Also, if you change your mind because your painters tell you it is too light of a color, then you will be charged more for time to get the new colored paint. You might be surprised on the costs. We discussed this and came up with an amicable agreement on costs. You should verify before having the painting done what "Additional costs" might be if you change your mind about color or you find out that the color you wanted is too bright. I have a small house, so the costs for travel and updating paint would be a higher percentage of my total cost than someone whose house is twice as large. My house is 1200 sq. feet. The best part of my experience was that I was able to trust them. I even told him afterwards that I left out objects that would be desirable to steal and I could have easily forgotten like a $20.00 bill. They were left alone. They were also flexible in adding on other painting requests.
