so bad. If I could give no stars I would. got my house painted in November and it was SO BAD its july now and still no progress to fix it. Ive called the office so many times and no answer. the painter himself told us at least 10 times he was "on the way" then never showed. do not use them. other companies are more money but so worth it. THE WORST.

I would not recommend CertaPro. We had issues with scheduling (work did not start when it was supposed to), contacting anyone (we weren't able to get a hold of anyone when no one showed up on the day the work was supposed to start), the original quote vs. the work that was actually completed (original quote was for two coats and the painter only did one), and the final product (missed two fairly large spots on the ceiling in the hallway). We were also told we would recieve a warranty, which we never did.

I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters. From making my appointment for an estimate and having a painter come to my home to paint was very easy. Megan Siebert is very nice to work with. The painter Roberto was also very nice. I could tell he was very experienced and he did an excellent job. I will definitely be contacting CertaPro Painters again for another project.

This summer we contracted them to paint the exterior (including the screened in front porch) and to stain the back deck. The crews have been very professional and each painter was detail oriented and cleaned up at the end of each day. Their attention to detail is wonderful. My husband I are so pleased with the results, and highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Westlake & Medina-Strongsville. A friend has hired the company to paint the interior of the home she just purchased based on our experience, and our neighbors up and down the street are raving about how great our home looks at 110-years-old!

They even touched up a few spots without me asking, which they certainly didn't have to do. Their staff was both personable & professional, & I plan on using them again for any painting needs, residential or commercial.

I had a barn that the VA required me to have painted before I could move through with buying the property. Not only was it incredibly short notice, but it was a vague tasking from the VA. The amount of work that their crew was able to do in the tiny time frame they had was pretty incredible. I work with contractors all the time at work and at home and 9/10 are painful to work with. This branch was that one contractor that was easy to work with and were as concerned about my project as I was.

He consulted with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy. Certainly would use them again if I need more painting done. Very professional staff!!

This is Hana, I want to say that Roberto was awesome. he stayed very late (9:30 pm) asking me if its ok, which I agreed willing. Roberto made sure to answer all my concerns and walked patiently through the house if more finishing touches were needed. Cleaned up well afterwards and proceeded to make sure nothing was needed from my end. Roberto was very kind and sincere and made sure I was comfortable with his work before he left. I would give high acknowledgement to his work profession. He out did himself.

Very disappointed. Chris seemed very professional when he came out to give us our quote, but the sub-contractors assigned to our job were incredibly unprofessional. They were difficult to communicate with, deflecting and defensive about not showing up when they said they would be here (twice) and when we made note of all the paint chips left behind in our yard, flower beds, and sidewalks (the quote specifically said these areas would be covered and they were not). Cameron and his team (sub-contractors) claimed they had finished the front porch but when we got home, they had not painted the railings or spindles and there were already scuff marks on multiple steps. They painted over paint chips that were peeling off without sanding down the area as the quote stated they would and nothing was painted with two coats despite this also being in the quote. Worst of all, Cameron's team damaged parts of our home during power washing and never repaired it (knocked a hole in the stucco and left the gauge white and unrepaired). I called Chris mid-way through the job to let him know we were disappointed with the experience and quality of work. He assured us he would be out to take a look at the job and make sure it was done up to quality. He never came by our house, never followed-up by phone or e-mail. Two weeks after the job was finished, we put our home on the market and it sold. The home inspector even made specific note of the porch and soffit needing to be painted. These are the only areas we had contracted CertaPro to paint and the specific ones noted as in poor condition.

I had hired CertaPro to paint my living room and hallway at the end of September 2018. The painter was quick and efficient, but I thought something was not quite right. The colour didn’t quite match what I had painted my dining room. As the holidays approached I put it out of my mind, but then in January it began to bother me gain. I sent an email off to CertaPro, not really expecting an answer. I received an answer by the end of the day asking what I would like to have happen. We talked and I was convinced the colour was wrong, so Matt came out and discovered the painter had used a different finish and had not painted one wall the correct colour. He offered to repaint the whole job, but I settled for just getting the one wall right. It was completed within a week. I am amazed at the lengths they went to to make sure I was satisfied. They have a customer for life.
