We had such a great experience working with this company. They came out to emergency tarp our roof after a big wind storm, met with our adjuster, helped us with the whole process. We could not be happier with our new roof and the excellent attention we received throughout the job.

Excellent service from ABC Roofing. After my aging roof started leaking during the recent heavy rains, ABC came the same day to assess the state of the roof after I temporarily covered the leaky spot with some plastic. They assured me the roof was not in immediate need of replacement, and just needed some shingles replaced. They also noticed some siding that needed some repair. I was surprised when the very next day they called and said they could come back to replace the shingles and repair the siding, which they had done in about 2 hours. Many thanks for saving a major unexpected expense and for being able to fix it so quickly. I highly recommend!

This company was suppose to come out and give us a estimate, but never showed up or called to reschedule or cancel. Now they wont return our calls or even pick up when we call very bad way to run a business.

Had a peeling paint in my family room and a leak into my bedroom ceiling. ABC responded promptly and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge about the issues. Cost-effectively repaired a punctured shingle and fixed the flashing around my chimney instead of claiming a big job needed done. Thank you ABC! Highly recommend.

I had a pretty crazy roofing issue and ABC Roofing was the only roofing company that actually called me back. I called so many companies, who never called me back. ABC roofing got my roof done first thing in the spring as quickly as they could. They were wonderful to work with, especially Mark. He was so nice and professional and went the extra mile for me. He knew we had a crazy and expensive event that occurred and he tried his hardest to work with my terrible insurance company that would not cover my very expensive damage to my home. For what my insurance company put me through he made my experience go smoothly! I am so happy with how my roof turned out. He came back numerous times to check on the roof and messaged me numerous times to make sure I was happy. Not long after I had some damage to my siding and he was right out there to take care of it and replace some of my siding. I can't thank Mark and his company enough. Thank you!

The quality and craftsmanship of the installation was great. Mark really went beyond what was required of him in Keeping us informed about the progress of the project and what we should expect moving forward. He also stayed behind to clean the site and answer questions and was patient with the situation going on. The reason it was not five (5) stars was that there were delays in the project caused by people rather than weather that should have been addressed before the project was started. However through delays and coordination dilemmas Mark kept us informed and made the entire experience a much better experience than it could of been without his efforts! We greatly appreciated his efforts and the end product, we feel, reflects the importance of detail and execution of a well done project! Thank you again!

Just wanted to say thank you to ABC for coming to Bonnot (my business) in Akron, OH and taking care of a leak on the roof. After a big storm over the weekend we got into the office on Monday and noticed a leak in the office. It was very strange when we removed the ceiling tile, you could see daylight through a filter. Chris responded quickly and saw that a panel came off our HVAC unit which allowed water to penetrate and then get into the building. He made the repair quickly. Albeit a simple repair job ABC showed up quickly and resolved the issue. Dont hesitate to give them a call if you need even the smallest job completed. - George B.
