These guys did a great job pressure washing my house. They returned my call quickly and were at my house the next day. Great service!

Tri-City has been hired by my HOA to paint the townhomes where I reside. This morning, as I was getting ready for work they were blocking our parking space. My husband went out and asked the driver with a container hook-up to move as there was plenty of space to park elsewhere. The first thing this representative did as ask "what's your name". When my husband did not respond to him he stated "you're gonna' be gone soon". With the recent shootings in Las Vegas how frightening for a homeowner to hear this response from a hired contractor. If I thought I would get any response other than insults, I would inform my HOA. However, the most I can do is to post this incident in the hope that Tri-City will take corrective actions to ensure community members do not feel threatened by workmen on their property.
