At first Todd was awesome. He was very professional and responsive. He did the work in a timely manner. However, my check to him got lost in the mail and while I fully appreciate that he wanted to get paid and I was willing to pay in any means possible, that was part of the problem. He advertises that he accepts paypal and credit cards, but he doesn't. Because of the delay due to the lost check, he lost all professionalism and it became a terrible experience. He wouldn't wait for another check (my only option from Ohio), so I paid to send him a MoneyPop to get him paid quickly and end my terrible experience with him. I recently visit the unit he painted for us and the paint job was not great. It was a big job and most of it was fine, but they left very visible flaws that we will have to fix ourselves...

Todd just completed an exterior prep and paint job for us in North Myrtle Beach. We really appreciated his diligence and attention to detail in preparing all surfaces for paintiing. I’ve been told that a good paint job is very much dependent on the quality of the prep work. Todd very much understands this and you can easily see it in the end result. He just completed our paint job of living room dining room and kitchen. Very knowledgeable and did great work at a reasonable price. He did one half day of just prep work a patched all holes and found and repaired a ceiling crack we didn't know about. He even cameback and did the baseboards after our new floor was installed. Contracted with Todd to paint our house in Cherry Grove. When he started prepping, he discovered moisture had gotten behind my wood siding. He was honest ant told me he would feel bad about painting and taking my money, because I would soon need to replace siding or have major problems. Then I would to paint again. Thanks to his honesty, I had siding replaced, and although I already had some deterioration, avoided serious problems. Todd then came back and he and his.son did an excellent paint job. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. Thanks Todd!!!

And he worked (patiently) with our schedule as the renovation progressed and additional rooms became available. We contracted with Todd last spring to paint our entire condo. After calling 3 different contractors recommended by our rental agency none of them called me back. My next door neighbor heard I was looking for a painter and recommended Todd. He had not only done her unit but had painted several other units in our building. When I called I left a message and he called me right back. He came to see our unit when he said he would. He gave us a quote, we agreed on a price and he started the job when he said he would and kept us up to date on his progress. When he was done we looked the job over and were very happy with how good everything looked. He and his son did a wonderful job and our unit has never looked so good. I love the fact that he does what he says, keeps his appointments and works when he says he will. I have been fed up with empty promises of contractors in the past that we have dealt with. I just wish Todd lived closer to my home. I could use him in Wilmington!! Great guy with integrity.

His prep work on each window sash was meticulous: removing ALL old caulking and glazing where needed, scraping and sanding carefully, and washing before priming and painting 3 coats.
