Roca’s Painters did a really great job painting our two-story house! The job included power washing, patching the siding and repairing other rotted wood, caulking, painting the whole house, and staining the deck. They paid attention to every little detail, did a super neat and thorough job, and worked very efficiently. They finished the job with a badly needed window cleaning that left our windows sparkly. They left the property completely clean when they were done. The project manager, Jose, was very personable and accommodating. He helped us select a slightly different color that would not require two coats (to keep our cost down). The price was competitive with other painters. Another siding contractor had replaced one whole side and made some other repairs a couple of weeks prior, and Roca’s Painters pointed out additional siding boards and trim that needed to be replaced. Had we known how well they did siding and other wood work, we would have hired them for the siding to begin with, and I’m pretty sure it would have been cheaper because they did not nickel and dime us; the price for the extra repairs was very reasonable. The only problem we encountered was pertaining to some of our perennials adjacent to the house, especially the knockout roses. They were covered with a heavy tarp on a hot day and suffered severe heat stress. Had I know what would happen I would have discussed other ways to deal with the plants, like cutting them back from the siding and leaving them uncovered. I don’t know if the painters foresaw that, but maybe the plants should be part of the discussion before the work begins. Nevertheless, I highly recommend Roca’s Painters because the quality of work is awesome, and my husband and I would like to hire them again for future projects.

Roca’s Painting is an excellent provider of interior and exterior painting. My house is only 5 years old. I have a 2 story porch with a deck on the upper level. The builder used posts that were not kiln dried and after 5 years they had a lot of splits and they did not use primer to cover the bare wood before painting them. They were rough looking. I called several painters for estimates and only 3 responded within a few days. One company I did not trust with all the baloney he tried to feed me, one was overpriced and he tried to convince me that he was the best painting contractor in Alamance County, and beyond. Jose, owner of Roca’s came out and I immediately liked his demeanor. He told me the porch should be power washed then sanded, then the cracks should be filled with a special caulk, then everything should be primed followed up with 2 applications of exterior paint. A couple of days later I called Jose and we scheduled a time to begin the painting in about 3 weeks. However, in a week he contacted me on Friday that he could been begin on Monday. The painters arrived and began power washing the porch. This removed all the pollution that had deposited on the paint and removed all the loose paint. They did an excellent job preparing the surface for primer. They primed every surface and applied 2 coats of paint over the primer. They covered the concrete below the porch with tarps so I did not have any paint drops on the concrete. The job took 2 days to complete and they worked very hard. When the job was finished I was extremely happy. Now instead of having the worst looking porch on the community I have the best looking porch. Any painting I need from now on I will not even contact other painters, I will go directly to Roca’s. I recommend Roca’s without hesitation.

Roca's crew just finished my painting and fascia repair project a couple hours ago. I'm thrilled with the professional work they displayed. Windows, fascia all look beautiful. The only thing that could have been better is they should've used a magnet bar to pick up the nails in the yard and beds, but they did some extra work on one of the windows at no extra charge, so I'm not going to be hard on them! Jose Roca is VERY professional with good communication throughout and fair pricing.

Roca's painters are excellent ! They painted our interior garage walls that had been patched due to cabinets removed by previous owner. The walls look like new construction. They also stained our decks. Unfortunately it poured down rain a couple of hours later. The team came back and restained the deck to correct water spots. Always on time. Estimates given are very detailed. I will use this company again.

I contacted Roca’s About painting my living room with a cathedral ceiling. I went with them due to their high rating. I was concerned because in the past I have not had very good experiences with painters. But I threw caution to the wind and gave Roca’s a chance. First Jose showed up the very next day to give me quote. Jose was kind and professional. I agreed to the price which was very reasonable. Laura contacted me and we scheduled the job. When the guys came to paint Jose was also with them I asked if we could schedule to paint my powder room and laundry room. He said they would take care of it that day. Three of the nicest painters did an AMAZING job. Not one drop of paint. No touch ups were needed. They did my additional rooms at an agreeable price and they are so beautifully painted. I have already scheduled them to return to my home to paint my master bedroom and bath. Jose even came by at the end of the job to check their work. He made sure I was completely satisfied. These painters should be anyone’s first choice for any paint projects. I might also add they did all three rooms starting at 8am and they were finished and cleaned up by 4 and they even took a lunch. They worked hard and the end results show it. Thank you again, and see you soon.
