Platinum Painting did an interior paint job for us in July of 2018. This job was fairly extensive - a living room with vaulted ceilings, which led into the kitchen, an upstairs hallway, the lower level living room, and a hallway leading off of it. The crew had this job completed in 2.5 days - such diligent, hard workers! During the initial consultation with Cristil, we learned that Platinum Painting had also done the exterior paint job on our home only a few years earlier. The quality and newness of the exterior paint job was one of many things that attracted us to this home when we purchased it last fall, and finding out that Platinum Painting had done that work, it all made sense! We will use Platinum Painting again for any future home improvement/repair jobs! Update (Spring 2019): This spring, we hired Cristil and the Platinum Painting crew for drywall and ceiling work, as well as with power-washing and staining our deck. Almost a year earlier, we hired them for a large interior home painting job, and we were so pleased with their promptness, professionalism, reliability, and the quality of their work, that we wanted to have them back for this year’s projects. For a second time, we were met with professional, reliable workers who took care to complete our projects well. We will be hiring them the next time we have another home improvement project – we can’t recommend them highly enough!

We agreed on a price then they pulled off the shutters, moved the furniture and decorations 's and then walked off the job. I had to find another contractor to finish what he started. My house looked terrible for 3 weeks until someone else could do the work

Platinum Painting is most professional painting company. I first found Platinum through one of my clients that was getting bids from other painting companies during their process of buying a house. I stood there listening to other companies come in and talk with my clients and frankly I was not impressed. Cristil came in and explained everything in detail to my clients. When she left I followed her out and asked her for her card. There cost was much less than the other bids. I had Platinum paint my new condo and they have painted many of your clients homes with great reviews. I highly recommend Platinum!

I could not be happier with Jason and his team. Jason was easy to schedule a quote with, I received the turn key quote within an hour of him leaving our house and it was completely reasonable. They were available to do the work the following weekend! We were out of town and I felt comfortable with giving them access to our home. They did an extremely high quality job! They came back a few days later to walk through and inspect their work and fixed a few things I did not even notice. A GREAT value and wonderful customer service. Did not 100% complete exterior. Exterior began to peel within 10 days. He did fix, but should not have peeled. Interior was better than exterior, but missed areas. Too much networking, leading me down expensive paths. I DO NOT recommend Platinum Painting.

They presented us with the most competitive quote (which was done immediately) and completed the work on time but the work itself was very spotty. We saw no evidence of any prep work (no masking done on painted windows or moldings) and what caulking they did began to crack within a year. If we had to do it over again, we would have paid more to get a more finished product.

It started out that we were going to just have our trim repainted as it had gotten tired. It was then discovered that the wood behind the downspouts and in several other places was actually spongy. Jason at Platinum Painting and his team replaced the wood and took extra care at putting the downspouts back on. We ended up changing colors on the trim and having the entire exterior painted. It's gorgeous! We hadn't realized how bad it had gotten. Then, my husband who never wants anything done, suggested that we have the interior painted as well since he was so impressed. Our house was all one color but due to suggestions, we now have our coffee in the blue room and I finally have a red kitchen! In the past, we had moved so often, we always picked neutral colors, but paint made our home fun and it feels brand new. Team is wonderful! Highly recommend!

Jason identified the railing looked rusted against the freshly painted door and painted that as well after I approved the additional cost. I had a great experience working with this company.
