It took a few phone calls to get in touch with someone at NC Power Wash & Paint, but once I did they came out in a timely manner to give me an estimate for power washing our house. Steve was professional and courteous and set up an appointment for the next week. Unfortunately, they did not show up for the appointment. I was able to get in touch with Steve once I realized they were not going to show and he apologized for their mistake and promptly set up an appointment for later that afternoon. A serviceman from NC Power Wash & Paint showed up sooner than anticipated and promptly got to work on power washing our house. Peter did an excellent job in a timely manner. I am satisfied with the service I received from NC Power Wash & Paint and the way they handled their mistake in missing the original appointment. I am highly satisfied with the cost and the service we received from NC Power Wash & Paint. I will recommend this company to family and friends in the future and feel sure we will be repeat customers.

The customer service here is top-notch. From my first phone call to schedule, a follow-up reminder a few days prior to service, and the day of service, everything went great. Zack and Micah came out and pressure washed the house and cleaned the gutters and did a great job in a pretty short amount of time. They were on time and took their mess with them. Highly recommend this place for power washing and gutter cleaning!

I have tried other companies , it was a waste of time and money!! NC Power wash is the way to go!! I’ve used them often ... they by far are the best . The cost is a bit expensive But using other companies is gonna be more because I have to have them come sooner.
