I own a property in the Fayetteville area and do not live within NC. I need my rental property power washed, and the deck power washed and stained. My property management recommended another company, yet I went with Mike. He was extremely communicative, and I felt like I trusted him from 1,200 miles away. I would recommend him because of his timely response, fair price, and quality of workmanship. Plus, he uses Sherman Williams products. Stop looking around and call him.

We just bought our first house. We were going to paint ourselves but since we plan on living here for a while decided to hire Mike's Painting. These guys were great and really came through for us. Mike and his crew work very well together and worked really hard. I will recommend them anytime i know of someone needing any kind of Paint work. The inside of my house looks like new. Mike and his employees were such a pleasure to work with. If Mike did not answer a call, he would return the call. They painted the interior of my home- ceiling to floor- and were very meticulous. Everyone on the crew was courteous and polite. They would double- and triple-check at the end of the day and at the closing to ensure that there were no spots that had been missed. Mike asked me to walk through to ensure that I was satisfied, and he even caught some areas that I would have never found. They worked tirelessly to correct some texture issues from the previous paint job, and never complained when I asked for touch-ups. Their prices were beyond fair, and I honestly feel that I got more than my money’s worth. They also pressure-washed the outside of my home, and it was also done to the same standard. Mike and his crew did a wonderful job cleaning up their work site as well. The house looks completely different, in the best of ways. I suggest that you call Mike if you need any paintwork or pressure washing done.

Mike and his crew are very professional, polite, hard-working and pleasant to be around. Last fall they painted our fence, and because they did such a good job we recently hired them to paint our entire downstairs of our house (including a two-story foyer). They worked efficiently and thoroughly, finishing a large job in 2 days. They did an excellent job preparing our walls to be painted, so much so that the walls look like new (despite having previous nail holes). Our house remained clean and was treated with care. We are very happy with all the work that Mike has done for us, and would definitely hire him again in the future and recommend to friends/neighbors.

Mike came by to survey area. I needed painting and pressure washing done for my wedding. He wouldn't give me an estimate, he said he will let me know know by the weekend. I left several messages and text him and NO RESPONSE. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone else.
