Owner came out to give an estimate on painting my ceilings and said he'd get the estimate to me in two days and almost two weeks later, no estimate. Also seemed to have wanted to take short-cuts on the work because did not want to fix one small area before painting or apply 1 primer coat before 2 full coats of ceiling paint as other painters suggested should be the case. Decided to go with other painter who will be starting the job in a week.

THANK YOU to Impact Interior & Exterior Painting and the owner Chris Goulet. They tackled a big paint job (deck, railings, porches, garage, trim and patching) at our house to get it ready to go on the market. Things were sparkling when they were done and it went UNDER CONTRACT in less than a week thanks to his hard work. The details matter and Chris and his crew went above and beyond. The initial quote was extremely transparent and thorough as to exactly what work they would perform, materials, pricing, timeframe, etc.. and they DID EXACTLY what they said they would. No surprises! They were diligent and made sure we liked what we saw (during and after) and even offered design and color suggestions, which we were thrilled with. Bottom line - super impressed with everything from quote to completion and would recommend Impact Painting to anyone!

We hired Chris & company to paint a tall accent wall in our living room. The painters went ABOVE and BEYOND to not only paint the wall perfectly, but they also touched up the trim and fixed the errors the previous painters made. It has completely transformed our living room. They got everything done super fast and were very professional, and this is coming from the son of a professional house painter of 50 years. Chris and Impact Painting did a great job on our house! He was super easy to work with, gave us a fair quote, and followed through with everything he said he would. We have an older house with Cedar plank siding that needed some TLC and a new coat of stain. His crew came and did a great job on the house and when there were some areas that need a little extra protection he didn't mind doing a second coat at no extra charge. He said in the beginning he would do as much as needed for us to be satisfied and that was all included in the original agreement. Long story short, our house looks great and I would recommend Impact Painting!
