I was not impressed with this company. The owner hires other men to do the job and he was mostly absent. As a result of no supervision, some of these painters that I paid for spent most of their time on their cell phones. Also, since the owner wasn't around, I had to contact him to explain the work left undone. Had he been here, he would've noticed, they never completed the trim work, or rehung the bathroom towel racks. That became my job and I had to install the scores of light plates they had removed. In one bedroom, they didn't remove the curtain rods but painted around it. I removed the curtains myself and had to patch and paint what they left undone. No attention to detail, for sure.

Elite Painting and Finishing did a fantastic job painting most of the interior of our home. The professionalism of the crew, their care/concern for our home to be functional as they worked and overall work effort was top notch. I would highly recommend Elite Painting and Finishing!

Jack and Kelly's company is by far the worst managed paint company. They will not drug test their employees or do a background check. I worked for them for a few month and it will take them weeks past the deadline they give you for when it will be done. They also had a painter that came in a stole a bunch of stuff from a previous client. They will employ anyone that says they can paint. They will also try to talk you out of doing what you want to do your home, paint color, brand, type, etc.. Do not trust them to paint your homes.

Elite Painting and Finishing did an incredible job on a large cabin project for me and I could not be a more satisfied customer. If possible to give more than 5 stars, I would. I did my diligence, meeting with several companies in the high country. This is a second home so having someone I trusted, very strong communication, performing high quality work, and at a fair price, were all important in my decision. I did not know Jack and Kelley prior to this project. Jack and Kelley were great at communicating with me throughout the project. Jack spent more than an hour with me when we were discussing this project early in the year when we were looking to select someone, not only demonstrating an attention to detail in his work but spending the time with me to educate me on what we needed to do to re-stain the cabin and railings (as well as what we did not need to do at this point). Jack and his team arrived on time, worked hard throughout the project, communicated with me throughout about options on approaches for stain and top coat - he went as far to personally contact manufacturers to ensure the products we were selecting would be suitable for the railings as well as match the existing stain. The quality of work and attention to detail instills confidence and trust which was developed early and continues to this day. I spent some time speaking with Jack's team one afternoon and was impressed with their professionalism and respect for my property throughout the project - you can tell when employees are treated fairly/appropriately and this team acts and operates as a team. Jack and his team made the cabin look as good, if not much better than when we originally built. I would not hesitate, in any capacity, to hire Elite Painting and Finishing in the future and have offered to be a reference for Jack and Kelley if they desire. Jack and Kelley know how to run this business and treat customer's and their property with respect. Very impressive.

Jack and his team did an excellent job at my home in Boone in the spring on 2016. They prepared and painted the home exterior, prepared and stained the deck and addressed many of the small tasks that accumulate on the exterior of a home exposed to the mountain elements. They were responsible, polite, precise in their workmanship and flexible. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Beverly T
