I had the outside of my house painted in 2014. That experience went well, but when the paint did not hold up on the windows and had to be repainted under warranty, the experience was not good at all. Multiple times, Joe called the situation minor, the windows old, and that this was not a problem with the paint or application. In the end he repainted the windows, but made it clear that he did not want to do the work and was only doing it to maintain his reputation. He is getting a 2 because the work was done otherwise it would be a 1. I expect a paint job to last longer and his attitude to be apologetic if it doesn't. I will not hire them again

Joe, Flavio, and the whole crew have been wonderful to work with. I initially hired them to paint my freshly renovated kitchen and master bathroom based on rave reviews on the Charlotte Moms Facebook group, and I was so impressed. I'm picky about clean lines (super type-A) and Flavio made sure everything looked perfect. His team worked quickly and efficiently, and I didn't have any damage to my home in the process. Every possible care was taken to make the walls look beautiful---when there was a texture issue on the wall that would have impacted the application, it was brought to my attention and I was able to make the call to add a repair so it looked the best. Fast forward to today, and I've hired them a second time, this time for the rest of my home. Joe was able to work the schedule in such a way that allowed me to squeeze in this job before my baby comes, and I am just as impressed with the quality, efficiency, and attention to detail as before. Furniture was nicely moved and covered completely. Flavio is walking around, checking all the lines, and making changes as needed. He did beautiful patch work on my stairway before applying paint, and it looks wonderful. Seriously, hire CertaPro of South Charlotte. You won't be disappointed.

Joe and his team have worked for us for over 20 years. In that time he has completed at least 15 jobs inside and outside of our homes. Every job has been done extremely well, neatly, efficiently, and with professionalism. He delivers an accurate estimate, and the job, whether it is interior, exterior, moving gutters to paint, or replacing rotten boards, gets completed way over expectation. I would not use anyone else for our painting needs. He is highly recommended.
