I spoke with 5 painters to have the exterior of my home done. CertaPro (Zac) was excellent in explaining the process and very detailed. Their bid was in the middle of the price range and based on the initial impression and reviews I chose them I did have to make several calls to get updates on the timing but always got a quick response - would be more customer friendly if there were CertaPro generated updates. The team arrived headed by Mario and did an outstanding job power washing, painting trim and doing 2 coats. The house is very hard to paint and they were careful and thorough. They cleaned ip each day and kept me informed of the next action. Upon completion we did a walk thru and fixed a couple of minor details and they cleaned up and left. I would highly recommend this team based on my experience.

She walked me through the whole process and gave me a very detailed written estimate. Scheduling was very easy and confirmation calls came the day before my job was to start.
