Professional, courteous and reliable. The painters showed up on time, and when they said the would! They cleaned up the job site daily, and were always willing to give our puppy some love whenever she had to go outside. OUTSTANDING EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL service from Start to Finish! I'm so thankful that we went with CertaPro Painters of Fayetteville NC they were not the lowest bid but they were definitely a perfect painting experience for us! Jake came out to our home to give us an estimate for interior painting and you talk about technology he assisted my wife with choosing a PERFECT color for our home! Jake had a hand held computer color matching tool that he held to our floors, cabinets, granite and it came up with the most amazing perfect paint color for our home! We had already put over 20 color samples on our walls and were so confused about selecting a color. I had 5 other companies come give us a quote and none helped my wife decide on a color like Jake did! Jake took over 2 hours with us; Jake had a hand held laser that measured rooms and we went from room to room talking about what needed to be repaired and painted. He had a portable printer and printed up our entire project with no questions on what needed to be accomplished. We were able to schedule the job while he was in our home and our project was started within a week! Now; let’s talk about the most AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL Paint Team Ever! Seth and Brock were so amazing and so talented after 4 days of painting we couldn't find a flaw! They painted and repaired our 16 foot ceilings, painted all our chair rails, crown molding, baseboards, quarter rounds, kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry room , Great room, hallways, master bedroom with trey ceilings, master bathroom all doors both sides. They prepped each room daily, covered all furniture each day and covered our floors and cleaned up every day. I've had a lot of painters in my lifetime but I can say with Master Painter Seth and his brother Brock they made sure every room was perfection! The lines were perfect and the fading was so amazing to watch as they blended each room. They used Sherwin Williams’s paint which we love! Great group of people, especially Jake - who obviously takes pride in being the face of the company. He gave us a very reasonable estimate that was so well within our budget that we were able to expand the scope of our project and include and extra bedroom, extra bathroom, the front entrance AND a pressure washing. I mean seriously. It was a one-stop shop for prepping the house for selling. We had an issue with two ceilings where moisture from the new AC had cracked and peeled the paint. We also had old wallpaper to be pulled down as well as issues where we had attempted to paint after pulling down wallpaper but apparently - despite a few days of prep - failed to completely remove all of the old glue. So there were cracks and peels on the walls of the room. In short, they didn't merely paint over healthy paint. They had to clean up some previous messes of wall-paper and damage and paint over that. And they did a great job. Mind you, one local contractor (NOT Certa Pro) had come in at twice our budget claiming he would need to strip the walls down to the sheetrock via days of sanding, do some fancy plaster work etc etc. And basically eat through our entire remodel budget on painting alone. Jake laughed when he heard this line of BS and explained what had gone sideways with the previous painting and why they could strip the wallpaper and glue easily, then use a primer that binds with any hint of remaining glue. The results have been impressive. None of the bubbling or streaks we saw when we attempted the job ourselves.Jake and his crews know their stuff and are not there to pad their bill. Our crewleader was a tall guy named Wayne who did a great job. Keep in mind, your house will be a bit of a wreck for a while. But they work quickly. Also, they try their best with drop cloths etc, but drips happen and the occasional smudge of paint happens. Just point them out to Wayne and he WILL have his guys fix it. I am VERY picky and looked over every square foot of their work at the end of each day. The next morning I pointed out what I did not like (Very minor drips or paint smears - like I said - very picky). Wayne fixed them the same day and moved on without issue. Showing they understand customer service....About 6 months after they completely repainted the inside of our house - including several ceilings - we were hit with water damage from a leaky window. It ruined a 4x5 section of one of the ceilings they painted. I contacted Jake who used the company discount to buy some paint for me to fix the problem. Mind you, it was a professional grade paint so it ONLY sold in 5gal buckets. Since he lives in my home town and the local store had issues getting it, he bought it and brought it to the house himself - refusing to accept payment for it. Jake does a great job at being the face the company. I would absolutely recommend these folks for your paining needs.

CertaPro Painters of Fayetteville were amazing! Scott and his son were very involved in the process, helping us along the way to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. They were very personable and took note of little things to provide a personal touch to our experience. We welcomed a new baby during the process and they called to congratulate us and even brought us a baby gift. Alex and his team of painters were awesome, finished the entire house in only two days. They were very helpful, made the entire experience painless and were in and out without much disruption. The house looks amazing and I will be using CertaPro for our exterior as well!
