We are very pleased with the paint job CertaPro did for us. From Joni setting up an appointment to Adam giving us a thorough and fair proposal to Ricardo and his crew on the actual paint job, everyone ensured the process was smooth and to our satisfaction. The paint coats are even with perfect edging. The crew took extra care to patch up all the imperfections on the walls and protect our floors and belongings. We will definitely think if CertaPro for our future paint needs.

My house needed repainting in the worst way! I saw a certapro ad on TV and did some research on the company. I liked what I saw so I called for a quote. Adam quoted me a price that was in my budget and set the appointment that was perfect for my schedule. The team that came to the house was punctual, super accommodating and very professional. Jeffreys team took great care of my home while they were here and they took such pride in the great job they did. It was a pleasure working with Jeffrey and Dioel and Juan. They were in my home for two days and they proved themselves to be trustworthy, extremely competent, detail oriented, and passionate about doing a superlative job. I later received a follow-up call from the certapro Matthews office to follow-up and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. This experience was excellent from start to finish and I will recommend Certapro Matthews to all my friends and family.

Called for a quote, every one was professional and courteous. Estimator showed on time and was very professional, said he'd have a quote for me in a day or two, never heard from him again. They sent me an email survey about their performance, which I filled out and told them that I never received a quote, no one responded to that either. Don't waste your time trying to give them business, apparently they don't need it.

We have used Dennis and his team for two painting projects in the past few years. They painted our entire interior when we purchased our current home, and just recently finished painting the entire exterior. (For both projects, they have also come back out at our request to change a couple things when I didn't like the paint color I had chosen for certain areas!) The team is incredibly prompt, responsive, and thorough. I can't say enough good things about working with them, and they will be our go-to painters for any additional projects down the road.

For basic stuff they were great but when they painted over my metal awning and then said if they removed the paint it would look worse, it became quite frustrating. They claim they’re not the most inexpensive due to quality, well you don’t expect quality to paint over metal and then tell you “oops.” Would not recommend due to lack of accountability.
