After another local company didn’t show up (twice) to give me a quote, CertaPro came out within hours and offered a competitive quote for cleaning and staining my fence. They started work the next day and finished the job within a week. Everyone was friendly and communicated often with me during the process. I’m picky about my belongings and think they all did a great job!

I hired CertaPro of Chapel Hill to paint a set of bar cabinets, one interior wall, and shoe molding in three rooms. It was a great experience from start to finish. I scheduled the appointment online for a cost estimate, which was very easy. When the owner, Landon, arrived exactly on time to provide the estimate, he was professional, courteous, and friendly. We scheduled the painting for the next week. The painters were skilled and courteous and finished the work in the promised time frame. When I asked Landon to send one of the painters back the next week to do some necessary touch-up work, he did so promptly. I would definitely hire CertaPro again.

I recently contracted with CertaPro Painters of Chapel Hill to paint a newly purchased townhome. I was pleased with the finished results and would definitely use them for another painting project. The only reason that I am not giving a 5-star review is because I felt that it would have been beneficial to have a project manager who was available during the completion of the project or one who came in routinely. I discussed this with them and found that they are a fairly new franchisee who is aware that this is something that is needed. Otherwise, great job!

CertaPro has done an amazing job! Our house is 45 yrs old, last paint job 20 years ago. We opted to just touch up all the interior trim. Our home looks brand new! Landon Davies from Certa Pro offered a very fair quote, and fast / thorough follow up before, during and following the job. Our project involved exterior painting of portions of the home and replacement of wood rot, and staining of deck wood railing, oak timbers, cedar shakes, garage and front doors.
