We surveyed 5 different painters and carpentry vendors when looking to repair some major wood damage on our house. All-Pro's quote was by far the most cost-effective way to accomplish both tasks from a single vendor without me having to manage the carpentry and painting separately. Summary: prompt scheduling and on-time completion; all work done well; good price; would use again. Justin was able to schedule the job almost immediately (in fact I had to push it out because I wasn't ready), which is great. The team of three-five workers finished the job in three days, even though they had to suspend work at noon on the second day because of rain. All of them were very friendly and professional, e.g. asking permission to use the microwave to prepare their lunch, or use the guest bathroom. The work was done well, and to my satisfaction. They told me in advance that, because I was only replacing some of the door frame pieces, the new wood, even after staining, might not perfectly match the 22-year old wood, and I accepted that. Still, they did their best by sanding down the entire door frame and restaining it all, at no extra cost. The difference in color of the new wood is noticeable to me, but not to my neighbor who didn't know which pieces had been replaced. So, again, totally satisfied. The same warning about not perfectly matching was given about the external siding replaced, but I had them restain the entire garage door surface (not including the metal doors), and the match looks perfect to me. Results better than expected. They made two minor mistakes, not in the work, but in putting everything back the way it was. One was forgetting to reinsert the washer drain hose into the drain, when they moved the clothes washer back into place, resulting in a load of water on the floor the first time I ran it. Easily cleaned up with towels, and no damage to the vinyl floor. Other mistake was leaving the outdoor faucet turned on (but the sprayer head of the attached hose was closed, so this wasn't visible). It got below freezing and the water in the hose froze, but no apparent damage to the outdoor faucet. Finally, I had a little trim piece that I had to remove from the floor when I installed a slightly larger refrigerator, and I asked them if they could please cut it down to fit and put it back on. This was not in the original quote but they were happy to do this small job, which I thought was the sign of a company that wants to please the customer. I would not hesitate to use this service again. This was one of my best experiences with a contractor for this sort of work.

They repaired and replaced all rotting wood, caulked and painted window trim casings, gutters, soffits, jambs, fascias, ceilings, and moldings. After painting the screened porch, they replaced all of the screens. They even protected my garden, part of which was close to the house. And their prices were very reasonable. Everything was great, they were able to come out quick which helped me because I am trying to sell the house. You couldn't tell they were there except for the fresh walls. Chad was very attentive, keeping me informed of the progress every step of the way. I also had a room that wasn't in the quote that I had asked if it wasn't to much trouble to just stick the roller to it to cover a couple of bad spots. Will defenitly use again.

Chad was able to come out to provide with me with an estimate within one day of my inquiry. Throughout this whole process, he has been very responsive and easy to reach whenever I had a question (and I had quite a few)! I had a living room, stairwell and upstairs hall painted and they look GREAT!! There were no uneven edges or paint bleed through the tape (which it appears was the case with some other homes I've seen that were professionally painted). The gentlemen were very pleasant and took care to ensure the furniture and floors were draped carefully to avoid paint getting places it shouldn't. When they were finished, there was absolutely no sign they had been there at all - they did a great job with clean-up as well. The whole process was quick, the work was high quality and everyone we dealt with within the company was really nice. I highly recommend!

Full stop service company to repaint the exterior of our house, including pressure washing, replacing rotted trim wood, rescreening our porch, restaining the front porch and painting the entire house. His team did a great job in repairing the wood rot and was also very careful in painting everything to our satisfaction. They actually came back a 2nd time to address additional wood rot that was not identified initially and they took care of everything! Wes is great to work with and very responsive. Their estimate was very competitive and I would highly recommend them as well as use them again in the future!

I had them paint the exterior of my house, and replace a large amount of my rotting Masonite siding with Hardiplank back in July 2015. In April of 2016, I had multiple pieces of the Hardiplank that was installed by them falling down because they were not nailed properly. Now again in May 2017, I have more pieces of Hardiplank falling off the side of my house because of their poor quality. If you need any carpentry done, I highly recommend finding another painter, as these guys clearly have some quality control issues. They fixed the siding from April 2016, but I have called leaving a voicemail and emailed and they have not returned my calls to get this fixed, so now I have to pay somebody else to do it.
