Contacted four painters for our project, exterior trim. 360 was the only vendor that showed up on time on the day promised. 360 did a thorough walk around so to avoid any surprises when the actual work started whereas others walked around and simply"eyeballed" the job. The estimated was very competitive. Once work started the crew was professional and cleaned up nicely. One day one crew member didn't show but the other stayed late into the day to complete the job. Completely satisfied.

Yanling is an experienced professional and she certainly helped me by suggesting what types of paint would work best for my home and at a very fair cost. I made some changes to my original quote and she re-quoted me the same day. I will be requesting her services again soon for some interior painting.

They did two jobs for me. One was a complete interior painting for a 2,800 square foot home. The other was to resurface three exterior doors. The interior painting also involved removing popcorn ceilings for two rooms and turned it into flat ceiling. They wrapped the whole room in plastic sheets to keep the dust in. When it was done, the ceiling looked gorgeous and joints were well sealed. The rest of the interior painting was a typical job. They removed all receptacle covers. Patched all holes. Covered the floors. When finished, I did not find a single drop of paint on the carpet. They have been very careful. They also removed six window curtains and reinstalled them when done. They used stain remover to remove the old stain on the exterior doors. After the first coat of new stain, the old stain still managed to show. They decided to use sander to sand the door to bare wood. The door looked gorgeous just after the first coat of stain. They waited 24 hours before they applied the second coat. After the third coat, doors were reborn with rich luxurious color. Real nice. No kidding. This is a company that did not ask for any deposit to start the job. Unusual. They waited until you were happy with the result before they collect the money. A risky way to run their business but they had the confidence and determination to get the job done right. And they did. Both Alan and Jose cared about what they were doing. Especially on the popcorn ceilings and the doors. They went way beyond what I expected. Yanling kept me informed all the time. She came to the site quite often to inspect the progress. She worked with me when there were issues. I find her very easy to work with. I wish her company could provide more services other than just painting because the way she handled the business.

I hired this company to paint the outside of my home. I am rather picky about paint jobs being very neat and clean. The crew was fantastic! They were very careful to make sure lines were straight, nothing was wrong. They are true professionals. The owner came out to look at the house, gave me an estimate in 30 minutes and was here the first day to go over everything so everyone was on the same page. She came out again during the process and when everything was finished to make sure I was happy. I love my house! It looks brand new. In a few years I plan to have the inside painted and will definitely hire this company again. The owner Yanling, is very pleasant and has high standards for her crew. And it shows. Yanling and her team worked on walls and ceilings for my entire home. The project was tricky in that the walls were a slightly tan-brown color and I wanted it to be repainted with a lighter color. Yanling scheduled a consultation with me within a few days of speaking with me over the phone and conducted the consultation within an hour. My original request was only for the 1st floor but because Yanling was very understanding of my budget and my needs for the project, I engaged her team to work on my 2nd floor as well. After the completion of the project, there were a number of areas where the old paint shadowed through because, again, it was a tricky project going from a dark to light color. Primer wasn't discussed because the type of paint used normally would cover this kind of dark color. Yanling's team immediately informed me of the issue and worked with me to do touch up at no additional cost. The paint crew (Alan, Juan and Valerie) were extremely professional, polite, and took extra care of my fixtures and furniture. In particular, they were very transparent and honest about the quality of the work, their thoughts on the outcome/product, and proactively offered solutions which is very hard to find nowadays. This was my first major paint project and I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with.

First off, a color consultant comes to your home and helps select colors to complement the existing environment. We went with gray tones, which can be very tricky. The consultant was very helpful in selecting the perfect gray to go with my hardwood floors. Next, the crew that came in to prep and paint the areas were super professional, communicated well, punctual and treated my home as if it were their own. They did a great job and were done in lightning speed. They even took pictures of the rooms before they started painting so they could put furniture back in the original location. Great experience. Like many, we are new to the Triangle area and have to keep our fingers crossed when hiring someone to do work around the house bc we have had good and bad experiences. 360 Painting was awesome. Owner was very thorough and clear about the project and communicated with us throughout the process (she often was on site to check on the work). The attention we received was a little surprising bc we weren't a huge project: staining of fence; painting of front porch area and rear deck area. Crew took their time and didn't miss a spot. We had many opportunities to inspect and comment, but never found any shortcomings. Owner has confidence that her company will do a good job and they absolutely did. Would recommend and will definitely use them again.

Very professional company! Yangling and her painters and prep workers are very attentive to detail and did excellent work. Their communication was excellent, arrived on time as planned, were receptive to any concerns or unexpected repairs, had excellent knowledge of repairs and estimating time required to complete the tasks and overall painting job. They are also super clean and were very careful with our brand newly stained and refinished flooring, covering them all up carefully and leaving our home clean and feeling completely new! They did a lot of patching, a large ceiling sheet rock repair job from a water leak, and caulking between crown moulding, ceiling and walls for our 11 year old home. We could not have asked for a more professional job and a much more reasonable price than we had quotes from on other companies. But the most enjoyable part was working with Yanging herself! We had 360 Painting paint our kitchen, dining room, 2 story foyer and 2 story great room and connecting upstairs hallway. It was a fairly extensive area. There were not the least expensive quote - more middle of the pack. 360 Painting could prove insurance and made me comfortable with expected quality. They did a wonderful job, everything looked crisp and the cut in around the trim was clean. The painters were very timely and cleaned up well. Yanling was responsive in communications during the entire project.

I used 360 painting Apex in the past. Yanling amazes me with her high expectation of her own workers. No matter which crew you use she always exceeds expectation. She painted cabinets and walls n kitchen, master bathroom and cabinets. Painted several other rooms throughout but what surprised me the most were the repairs. Not every painter can repair correctly. She did complex repairs and matched color. Good painters and skilled workers are hard to find. I highly recommend Yanling. Hands down best customer service you will ever receive.

Due to the efficiency of the painting crew organizing with our staff, the project was completed in record time with very minimal disruptions. They take great pride in there work which shows in the very limited number of touch up areas identified by the 5 people that did the final inspection.
