HIGHLY RECOMMEND CUTTING EDGE PAINTING. My house needed a facelift on the gables, fascia, soffits, trim and decorative iron. One gable was in bad condition due to years of weather and exposure and had a hole leftover from an old AC unit. I had 4 contractors look over my job and discuss options. John from Cutting Edge stood out because he listened to my concerns and offered suggestions for not only fixing up the ailing gable but for improving airflow through my attic. I chose Cutting Edge because I felt that they would give the necessary attention to my project and would involve me in the process. Cutting Edge replaced one gable completely and installed a new gable vent on the other gable. They sanded and recoated my porch ceiling and repaired loose trim around my porch ceiling. They prepped and repainted all window and door trim, fascia, soffits and decorative iron. As the project progressed, I had a couple of change requests which Cutting Edge accommodated. On the final day of the project, their painters put extra effort in painting the finishing touches on each area. My husband and I are very pleased with the final result. We will use Cutting Edge for future projects.

We have used this company twice now, for various painting, drywall, and refinishing projects around our home, and would use them again and again! These guys are the best! The owner, John, provides extremely thorough quotes on the work, and there are no huge financial surprises at the end of the job. He is experienced and knowledgeable, as are his workers. The first job consisted of drywall repair in the garage, a repainting of the garage interior, the finishing out of a recently installed skylight, and the repainting of the ceiling where the skylight was installed. All the work was done in a timely fashion, on schedule, and for the amount quoted by John. The second job consisted of the sanding and refinishing of the wood casements of the windows of the house, and again, the work was done beautifully, quickly, and within the quoted price. I called Cutting Edge about a year and a half ago to paint the inside of my house. I live in a two bedroom two bath town home, maybe 900 square feet. John Freeman came out and we took a tour of my house and I explained to him what I had wanted. He looked through my house and noticed things I didn't. He saw that my cabinets were not closing properly and explained that they could fix them. He also talked about getting new door hinges and knobs that would match. I felt like i was being taken care of. He was in no means being pushy or making me feel that I had to do anything. Mr. Freeman also explained the different types of paints to me and what would be best for my home, being that I live with two big dogs and cats. He also noticed that my counter top was starting to fall off the wall. That was due to someone putting in a dishwasher and didn't finish the job. He said that they could fix that for me. I was really surprised by the way he cared about his work and making sure I was a happy customer. I am a single female who lives alone and doesn't know a lot about fixing things. I try my best but sometimes I don't have the time or proper tools. When John came to the house he took very good care of me and my house. The paint job was amazing. Looked like a completely new house. With that said, I asked Cutting Edge to come back again and fix my ceiling from a roof leak. A gentleman came and worked quietly and efficiently but was also very friendly. When I went back to see the completed project I wouldn't have been able to notice where the patch work was done if i had never seen it before. It was perfect. Being that I live alone and live off a single income Cutting Edge was very affordable. Did not have to worry about being taken advantage of. Great people!! After obtaining 5 total estimates for interior residential painting, I chose Cutting Edge Painting. I was very confident in John and his presentation of his company. Their estimate was toward the upper end of cost but not the most expensive. Scheduling was great, they worked me sooner than initially planned to meet my schedule. We needed a contractor to paint and do some wood/rot repairs around our home. I was hoping to find a company that could do both and John and his team did! His team painted all of our fascia / trim, patio ceilings, outdoor pipes & fixtures on our 2-story home. John himself did the carpentry repairs and installed a new side-garage door for us. He and his team were very professional and pleasant to deal with. His price for the work done was also very reasonable as well.
