I received contact information for CertaPro from one of my neighbors, and I have already "thanked" him, at least three times. Talk about a "WOW" factor, I thought that the days of quality Customer Service and Follow up after the sale were long gone, Well, I was proven wrong. From the start, CertaPro Painters of El Paso, the promptness, professionalism, awareness towards my concerns and attention to detail were outstanding. The paint crew under the supervision of Francesco, were timely, and completed the project within 2 and a half days (which was the projected time frame). The quality and detail of their paint application is superior. I have posted 3 photos. I HIGHLY recommend CertaPro Painters of El Paso to anyone, who is needing quality work done to their Residential or Commercial area. Respectfully yours: Richard h.

Horribly runned company they have tthear painter crews mange all the work painting and even taking on the roll of main contractor dealing with the clients pay for all material and only getting 30 percent of the money while certa pro keeps 70 percent poor painter I felt bad for them they would be treated horrible but acctul certa pro workers and even made racis comments I would never recommend certa pro that's why they have a hard time keeping paint crew to stay working for them
