Met Richard on a quote for one of our homes. Liked him straight away. Qoute was prompt. And fair . As far as work quality . It is barr none. Diane , Richard and team are fantastic. We would not use anyone else. We have done inside as well as exterior work . Absolutely 100 percent satisfied . You will get a great product. The team are equally qualified and dilligent that end product will meet and more likely exceed your expectations. In a world of bad contractors it is truly refreshing to see a pro who actually over delivers on there promises.

Richard K Moore painted the exterior of our house and deck in July 2019. They are a great company to work with. Diane kept us apprised of when they would be able to come (based on the weather) including working around our vacation. The painters—Brian, Mike, Ed and Chico arrived promptly each morning and left everything neat at the end of each day. Richard gave us the best price, helped with a color choice, and came by afterwards to make sure everything was good. He even came back the following week to put up some shutters that arrived late. That was above and beyond! We are scheduling an interior job for January!

Friendly and professional team. Working with them was more of a collaboration vs a job. They listened to what we wanted to do and they provided suggestions and on the spot, realistic quotes. Diane is very detail-oriented ensuring upfront communications and tasks are complete to everyone’s satisfaction. I cannot express how amazing Rich, his team, and his wife were. I was very anxious about having my entire house upended to be painted and was very reluctant to actually agree to having the house painted. Diane kept reassuring me how easy it would be, how easy Rich and his crew would make it, and she was 100% correct!! The job was expected to take 5 days and Rich was done in 3!! All my furntiure and rugs were treated with the utmost care. Nothing I asked was met with anything other than "no problem", "whatever you want", etc... The crew were respectful, clean, friendly, and terrific!! I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!! Thank you for making a very stressful situation for me so easy!! Do not hesitate to use Rich!!

I had A flood in my home which did quite a bit of damage. In addition to that I am having terrible back issues. I spoke to a contractor who gave me a ridiculous price to restore everything and made it into a bigger job than it had to be I happened to be driving in my neighborhood and saw their truck. I took the number called Them and this is when I met the two most honest wonderful business people. Diane and Rich came to my home, presented me with a little jar of M&Ms, to sweeten the deal as he said. They are a fine oiled team who really care about their customers. They saw the problems I was having, and made sure they fit me into their schedule. Unlike other workers I have had at my home, when they give you a time that they will be there, they are there. I am a bit of a type a personality and they totally meshed with me. When he left my house after a days work, it was neat and clean. Even sanding, which has been one of my nightmares, was fine. He finished my job in two days And even helped me with things that had nothing to do with painting. They truly go out of their way to help people and he is a true craftsman at what he does. Do not have any doubts about hiring Richard Moore. He and his wife are absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. I feel I am blessed to have met them.
