I needed a new roof on my rental property, Proficient Contracting LLC was recommended from another local contractor that was working for me. I called Rob and he gave me an estimate for a full ripoff of old roof and replacing with all new plywood and roofing. His estimate was very reasonable. We agreed on a price and scheduled work to be done. They were on time the day they started and did a great job from start to finish. The roof looks awesome. They were neat and cleaned up everything. I have a 7 room house that was in need of painting. There was wallpaper borders in all of the rooms and many wall repairs needed as well as all the ceilings repairs. The crew at Proficient Painting was amazingly fast, professional, and courteous. They removed the wallpaper and completed the paint job in just two days. The finished product is great with perfect paint lines along the trim, mouldings, and ceiling.
