They are reliable and trustworthy and do a nice job on the painting. They are reasonably neat but not meticulous. I suggest you make sure your contract is clear as to what is and what is not included to avoid unexpected charges.

we recently used PEM for a painting job in our house. While the price was outstanding the work was average. A lack of looking for details was a huge flaw. When asked to keep hardware in their place so we could just hang our pictures back up, we found the vast majority pulled and the holes repaired. Half painted window fixtures in the bathroom and the boss leaving for 6 hours the first day leaving only 2 workers that did not speak English well. Things could have been done differently.
