Ozzy painted our entire house in Ridgewood and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The house is challenging to paint with a mix of plaster and drywall and lots of molding, but ozzy’s crew did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company. I found them on the web and checked them out on reviews. They were very prompt in getting back to me. I was in a time crunch as I was having a surprise party the following Sunday and Thanksgiving in the same week. Fernando started my kitchen on Monday at 8 AM and finished on Wednesday late in the day. It is a very large room and there was wall paper in the whole room. I thought there was no way it could be done. Not only was it done in the time promised but it was done beautifully. There was attention to every detail. Everything was cleaned and put back in place and with a smile. That night Ozzy called to ask if I was happy with the job. I was the one to bring up his payment. He said to just send him a check. I was shocked. Usually when you get work done they are waiting for payment before they walk out the door. He was more interested in making sure I was happy with the job.

I am never one to fully trust in reviews and upon reading Ozzy's reviews, it was pretty hard to believe that each review was a 5 star. I feel I am a pretty good painter but just lacked the time at this point to do a full family room, ceiling and spackling job. Ozzy and his crew finished the job in just 2 days and left the room cleaner than it was when he started. Ozzy himself is a true gem in that he was easy to get to, gave a great quote and returned calls/text promptly. You seriously don't get that any more from most businessmen. Not only that, he accommodated our schedule because the first time we were ready to paint, I had water damage and had to postpone the job. He had no issue doing so and even fit me in within 2 weeks from that point. There is no doubt that I have found the BEST painter/spackler and will continue using him in the future. Ozzie and his crew are just great! We recently had our decks restained this past month. I would highly recommend him. He beat the competition's prices by a long shot......and actually did a fantastic job! Sometimes you get what you pay for, but here, Ozzie did the job for the best price and the work was top notch. There were a few minor...and I mean minor blemishes. When Ozzie inspected the work at the end of the day, he wasn't satisfied and made sure to come back to make the finished product 110% perfect. Four years ago, we hired Ozzy to do exterior painting for our Dutch Colonial home. They did meticulous prep work, which is so important with older homes. We were so pleased with the outcome that we called them back this year to do interior painting. This was quite a big job: 4 bedrooms, an upstairs full bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and family room, 2 powder rooms and 2 basement rooms. Ours is an older home with plaster walls in some areas, so the first two days of the job were spent on prep work. Ozzy also offered the services of a color consultant to help choose paint colors, which I took advantage of. Although Ozzy is not on site every day, his brother Eddie is, and takes charge of the job. The workers do neat and careful work, and clean up at the end of each day. Beside the painting, Ozzy also did some crown molding in one of the bathrooms, and some repair work in an area of the basement that had water damage around a doorway. I am so happy with the way things turned out! I have recommended Ozzy to a friend who recently did interior and exterior painting, and he is now doing work for her parents. It is not easy to find someone who takes such pride in their work. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Ozzy’s Painting recently completed a very sizable job in my home’s basement painting both the recreation & utility rooms. Ozzy was very quick to provide a very reasonable estimate & scheduled our work within two weeks. The price quoted as well as the two day required work schedule were met. There was a significant amount of preparation needed such as wall repairs, spackling, sanding, cleaning & moving of appliances, etc. which Ozzy’s staff handled in a very thorough & professional manner. Both rooms required two coats of paint with the utility room (concrete walls) having to first be primed. In addition, the cement floor in the utility room was covered with two coats of a very good flooring paint. It looks great! The finished work in both rooms is excellent & of the highest quality & workmanship. Ozzy even managed to fit into the schedule some added work in the main living room area where he was very accommodating & eager to meet my needs. Ozzy’s Painting was a pleasure to work with & I would highly recommend that you consider Ozzy for your painting needs.

I just finished having the interior and exterior of my house painted by Ozzy's Painting. I am very happy with the finished project! They were neat, clean and very patient. In one of the rooms I was not happy with the color I originally selected and they repainted it for me. They also did a bit of renovations such as installing a new pedestal sink and medicine cabinet which was nice because I didn't need to hire another contractor to do this. My house is old (with plaster walls) and some of the rooms needed days of skim coating to prep them. They look beautiful now. I would definately use Ozzy's Painting for any future projects. I used Ozzy's Painting for the exterior of my home in Montclair as well as two interior rooms and I couldn't be happier! It looks like an entirely new house. I bid four other painters in the area and although Ozzy's bid wasn't the lowest, it was extremely fair and he worked with me on a few things. The crew that came to paint was great. They were meticulous and professional and they really cared about the work that they did. Fernando - who I believe was the foreman on my job, provided guidance in terms of how my sample colors would look once they were on the whole house i.e.: which would skew more towards grey or blue etc. He helped me choose the main paint color (which I love) and a foundation color that is complimentary (the trim was simple white). The crew showed up on time every morning and finished the exterior job in 3-4 days and the interior job in just one day. They also cleaned everything up when they left. I believe Ozzy runs the business and works on jobs, so although you might not get him on the phone right away, leave a message or email him and he is very responsive. I know this is a busy season for painting/contracting, but Ozzy was able to fit me in within the time frame that I needed and everybody did an amazing job!

I had the outside of one of my properties painted by Ozzy's crew earlier this year. I had three other quotes, since it was a larger project, and his was the best price. Not just the best, but a third of the price of the highest bidder. Sometimes cheapest isn't always best, but Ozzy's crew did an amazing job! The exterior painting project required extensive sanding and priming, which they performed better than I could have expected! They will be my first choice as painters from here on out.
