They were Great. Sorry. I meant to say GREAT. The team of Eber and Gustave were amazing and very professional. In a Matter of days they transformed dark and listless room into beautiful bright living spaces. They created shadowboxes that look like they came with the house. Their attention to detail was impressive I got a good vibe when Jimmy came by to give us a quote. Upon learning that we have a toddler, Jimmy politely excused himself only to reappear with a waterpaint book for our son! In retrospect, an appropriate and much appreciative gesture.

Their work was neat and they took care to make sure it was done in a timely fashion. They are about to start a project to fix work done by another painter - last time I'll make that mistake. Jimmy Canabe and his entire staff (Ivette, Eber, and Gustavo) were a pleasure to work with and did excellent work. They were attentive to detail from start to finish. They arrived right on time every morning and got right at it thoroughly covering all flooring and cabinets and taping, sanding ,and patching all surfaces prior to painting. They painstakingly cut in with brush work the difficult to reach areas and all the walls, closets, and doors have a rich and even texture. Once finished they were on hands and knees with flashlights examining all surfaces and removing the slightest droplet. I can honestly say that the1300 sq ft unit they worked on looks better than it did when it was new. If you're willing to pay a little more for reliable, neat, attentive, and quality craftsmanship, J Canabe Painting is the painting company to choose.

We couldn't be happier with the work done by Jimmy and his team! There was quite a bit of damage to the ceiling in the room before he painted. They were able to repair the damage before painting and now it looks like new! The guys were extremely courteous and professional. Beautiful work and no mess!

We have been using J Canabe Painting for the past few years , and have been very happy with all our jobs. Jimmy's men have painted my deck twice and painted the both the inside and exterior of my house. Included in the outside jobs were power washing, and we were very pleased by the results. Jimmy's men are trust worthy and very skilled. They cleaned up after themselves daily and consulted me whenever they had questions. Jimmy was very attentive to my emails and got back to me in a timely manner. I am already looking forward to getting our deck stained again this spring.

My mom and I recently hired J Canabe Painting Company to redo the exterior of our 40+ year old house. From the moment I spoke with Linda in the office and then met Jimmy for the estimate I felt completely at ease. He explained the process, what would and would not be included within our price range, asked what was most important to us and was also very clear about the way his crew works - we appreciated that they start the job and work until completion, weather permitting (on rainy days they even called to say they would not be there.) The crew was very nice and addressed all of my requests/concerns. Our old house has never looked better and all of the neighbors tell us so! If you have a less-than-stellar view of contractors like we did, Jimmy and his crew will change your mind! I urge you to contact J Canabe for your next painting project. In July of this year my home was severely damaged by water due to a leaking toilet. Once the water damage was accessed it was time to call on Jimmy and his crew to restore my home to a livable condition. To my delight drywall repair, taping, sanding and painting were all done in a way that it seemed this crew was working on their own home. The painters were timely, skilled, polite and very thorough. What was once destroyed by water has been restored to a warm and inviting space. When the need arises in the future for such services Jimmy will be the first person I call. We have used Canabe Painting numerous times over the last 7 years. We are completely satisfied with their work and professionalism. They are punctual, polite and neat. They take great care in covering the areas they are not working in and clean up is excellent. Some of the projects they have completed for us include wallpapering, painting and repair of cracked walls and ceilings. They also painted and repaired to our exterior porches (front and back) and replaced stairs and handrails. I would definately recommend Jimmy and his crew. Jimmy and his team painted my house and garage this past summer and I am so pleased with the work they did I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great team who does an excellent job and at a reasonable price. Jimmy was great helping me pick out colors and trim and his team got the job done right on schedule. They were meticulous and left the surroundings nicer than they were before they started! One thing I'd like to share which I think is so telling absame evening. I was concerned some of the stain may have washed off and JImmy came to take a look. Based on the time the staining was finished, the time the rain started and the way the deck looked, Jimmy assured me none of the stain had been washed off. What was incredible to me is that Jimmy knew I had concern and didn't want me worried about any part of the job being compromised. Although he didn't have to, he sent his crew back to put another coat of stain on my deck! I'd say, that was going above and beyond and I totally appreciated JImmy going that extra mile! Like I started with, I would highly recommend J. Canabe Painting if you are looking for the best painting job!

J Canabe Painting Co. and crew just completed painting the exterior of my house. Despite the fact that the summer was extremely hot and humid (and sometimes very rainy) Jimmy’s crew arrived early in the morning and worked throughout the day. They were extremely reliable and hard-working and did a thorough and beautiful job. They also sanded and patched a rotten wooden post and peeling and cracked garage doors. When I asked Jimmy if he could repair the doors and post he told me not to worry- his crew could handle the task. They certainly did and I couldn’t be more pleased. Jimmy, the owner was also understanding of my need to reschedule from the original date of painting due to unexpected circumstances on my end. The job consisted of interior painting of multiple rooms as well as patching a few holes. Fair pricing and very responsive company.

We hired the J. Canabe Painting Company to repair dry wall covering a duct in our basement, remove and replace all the baseboard trim and to paint the ceiling, walls, trim and accent areas in our 12'x28' basement. The 2 man crew (Milton and Jurgen) took 2 full days to complete the job and we were very pleased with the carpentry work, the prep and the painting. The men arrived each day on time, were very professional, extremely careful and took obvious pride in their work. They were responsive to our questions and were flexible and polite. The company also had an operations manager (Brian Henry) who came by each day to chat with us and to check on the crew. Brian also came by after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied. We found this to be excellent customer service. We anticipate using this company for future painting projects.
