Warren did a wonderful job painting my new place. He not only does traditional homes, but also does rental homes. He was very punctual in his communication and is willing to email and text as well as phone. When I gave him my budget, he was willing to help me figure out a plan to keep me on track with cost. Moreover, he was able to find a brand of paint that met my color goals as well as asthma needs. The colors he used looked amazing and even after he had just painted, I could enter the rooms without having difficulty with my asthma. Finally, when Warren came back to view his work the next day, he dedicated more time to touch up an minor area that didn't cover as well as we hoped due to the original wall color. Cracks, holes, and any repairs are done seamlessly prior to painting. There are no shortcuts and his pricing is very fair. One time, we needed to repair and paint a wall that had artistically rendered swirls and Warren replicated the work beautifully. Warren does terrific work. Very good guy and takes time to explain and answer questions. My dining room ceiling was in bad shape from paint chipping and it looks like new now. Cleaned up and the house was spotless, very impressed and I would highly recommend.
