I was drawn to this company due to the reviews. my project was a mess. the workers left soda cans and fast food waste in my place. my welcome mat was inside with paint on it. my ceilings were scraped for popcorn and not one ceiling fan was cleaned. they tore my thermostat out of the wall instead of unscrewing it. multiple fixtures, mirrors and such were removed without my permission. the owners uncle was the head of the project and it was very obvious he had never taken a job like this before. the thermostat was fixed but im still cleaning ceiling fans. if you want cleanliness DO NOT USE. horrible experience.

Quality work at a reasonable price. Very professional and polite. There were no surprises. Scott spent plenty of time with us to understand what we needed and discuss the best paint options for our bathroom and bedroom. Five Star was able to accommodate all of our specific requests, including wall repair and the replacement and staining (perfect color match) of a piece of broken woodwork on a door frame. We will definitely be using Five Star again when we repaint the rest of the house.

So kind, professional, knowledgeable and flexible to my family and I's needs (our pets included). The quality of their work went over and beyond my husband and I's expectations! Their effort to keep our furniture and other personal belongings protected during the renovation was wonderful. Our personal belongs were wrapped with protective plastic, paper and blankets from top to bottom. Not to mention, their clean-up every day before they left was superb! Scott, the owner was very cordial, described the nature of their responsibilities as it pertained to our needs. A free estimate was immediately given before the representative left. The price was reasonable and affordable. The date given to start was immediate and the time frame for completion was accurate.
